With chart topping hits in Reggae and Dancehall, I-Octane felt it was only right to try out other genres. In his latest project, Octane hails the Island of Barbados with “The Crop Over EP“. Featuring Soca tinged singles, I-Octane wants everyone to move, get on bad, and know that he can fit his vocals over any production. Featuring a collaboration with T. Smallz and production from the likes of DJ Puffy, Peter Coppin, and Gorg, this should be a part of your daily listening to get you ready for “Crop Over“. Trampling Babylon with his voice is Reggae artist Ras-I with a new song. Titled “Dread Inna Babylon” and produced by New World Sounds, Ras-I speaks on the issues that his people are facing and promises that “dutty Babylon” will have their day. With a hard hitting production, this sounds like a song you could play at a march with people waving many flags and calling for a change in the country.
