In efforts to promote positivity is the collaboration between Nevada based Reggae band Lady Reiko and the Sin City Prophets and Dax Lion. Titled “Yes I”, we see Dax Lion travelling only to come across Lady Reiko and her band members and friends and they gathered to sing, make music and enjoy some “irie” vibes. Very great effort from them and such a great video as well. Lady Reiko and the Sin City Prophets are a team to look out for. Feeling lively? Major Lazer is on the hunt, hide while you still can. Today they bring to you a new music video from their recent album. Titled “Scare Me“, this features Peaches and Timberlee along with a star studded cast including Terry Crews as Major Lazer and Lauren London as his sidekick. In the video we see Lazer being called up on to use his bounty hunting skills to find General Rubbish, his archenemy. Lots of visual effects and action in this one. NEW VIDEO: @Trabass_Tv – Business (Remix)

Adorned in an afro and prison gears is Andrew Trabass with a new music video. A remix off Vybz Kartel’s “Business” single and directed by Tehut-9 and LMR Productions, we see Trabass playing his role as the “World Boss” and his friends as security while he deejays his song. After being teased at the end of many of his vlogs, this is a fun effort from Andrew and the video is not bad either. What do you think? Reggae music is a dominating genre the world over. Hailing from Jamaica and with the help of acts including Bob Marley, it touched and inspired all walks of life to the point its byproducts were not limited to coming from the island itself. One of the Jamaica acts to witness its global reach and effects is singer Richie Stephens. Here on Onstage he spoke about his recent tour which was a tremendous success, his collaborations with artists from Portugal to Germany including Gentleman, how Jamaica is missing out on all this attention, how local acts can benefit overseas and many more topics. Reggae is a very strong genre and the Jamaican culture broke every barrier possible. If only “Brand Jamaica” made it possible for the locals to benefit as well. What do you think of the Interview?
