While Sting 2012 was just a few days, the air has cleared and many questions needed answers. One of the questions involves the short fight between former Portmore Empire artist Black Ryno and current artist Popcaan. Winford Williams sat Ryno on the Onstage set to talk about the Sting incident, premiering his new song/video “Courage“, the possibility of a clash in the near future, upcoming projects and others. Personally it’s sad that it has come to this because they have been two of the top artists coming from Vybz Kartel’s crew. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Fresh off his huge victory at Sting 2012, Kiprich stopped by Onstage to have a quick chat with Winford Williams. Kiprich spoke on defeating Tony Matterhorn and Merciless, receiving the winning belts from Sting and Ninjaman, stating he doesn’t want to be seen now as a clash artist, and his musical future. Kippo’s mighty proud of himself and the lyrics he repeated to Winford showed that Matterhorn got a nice jab out of it. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

After being a no show for the much anticipated clash between her and deejay Spice, Macka Diamond took the hot seat Onstage with Winford Williams tonight. Here she spoke on her reasons for not defending her name at Sting, finding Spice’s set humorous, and clearing up the issue with her “Black One” comment. POLL: Best Dancehall Beefs (Clashes)

Dancehall beefs/clashes are fallouts between popular artistes (Even Companies/Groups are joining in the fun) resulting in lyrical confrontations, and fans choosing sides adding more fuel to the fire between parties. Sometimes these matters are handled on the stage (for example Sting), the streets with the help of gangs or even lawsuits in court. Do you have any favourite clashes/beefs? Many of them have made their way on to mix cds, radio stations, and even Youtube and becoming major hits worldwide. Many careers started and ended through clashes/beefs.
