With many celebrating Tessanne’s success, how many of us knew her before The Voice? Onstage TV released her first interview to show you how she was before it all. Here she spoke about her debut album, her hit single “Hideaway” and it becoming a classic, her upbringing and her start in the music business, working the band Mile High and Jimmy Cliff, her career at the time, her future ambitions and more. Great interview, I remember when “Hideaway” was burning up the airwaves and it still is doing its rounds today. Again I wish her much more success. I hope she re-releases her debut album. Ready to start a riot is the duo of Sean Paul and Damian Marley. Releasing the video to their “Riot” single, we see both artists deejaying their message amongst decay and havoc made by riot starters. Very clean video which was directed by Jon J and a great effort from Sean and Damian. That guy with the dreads and gold teeth looks like he was born to cause havoc (lol). Today we bring to you a Jag One recording from Lord Evil himself, Aidonia. Titled “80s Dance Style“, Donia travels back in time to conquer a 80s Dancehall riddim and delivers some top class lyrics. With a mix of rapping and deejaying, they speak on what they’ve seen and experienced over some good production. Great effort from both as they aim to bring a message in this song.
