It’s a major video today from Major Lazer, Masko and Dancehall duo RDX. Titled “Lose Yourself” and shot in Jamaica by Diplo and Shomi Patwary, we see the Major Lazer crew and RDX dropping their musical effort while being surrounded beauties who include Mela Murder, Lafayette Bless, Mystic, and Tiffany. Good video here, the highlight of it is obviously the dancing ladies and the artists all suited up. We also see alot of goats, an old factory and a old church. No matter where he is, Vybz Kartel has always represented where he’s from and this new single is no different. Titled “Represent Portmore” and produced by Short Boss Muzik, Kartel drops a few punchlines to have your attention, how he lives his life, and makes sure you know that he’s from Portmore over a retro Dancehall riddim. A good one as always from the World Boss and I like that old Dancehall/Reggae riddims are creeping back on the music scene. This week the world will know if Vybz Kartel will either see years in a prison cell, or freedom for the first time in a couple years.
