Valiant Aims To “Prove Dem Wrong” With Debut Album

The 2020s has been good to Dancehall Artist Valiant. Since going viral with the “Fada Dipo” video on Social Media and the breakout single “Dunce Cheque“, he has been climbing the steps to success. Now with an International label backing him, he aims to conquer the globe, and deliver even more hits from his growing catalogue. Today (and this Labour Day Weekend), you’re tuned in his debut Album, “Prove Dem Wrong“.

Featuring 11 tracks, Valiant is on a mission to shut the doubters up with, “Prove Dem Wrong”. The Deejay has been consistent since his breakout year, and with the new album, there will be even more for the people to enjoy. Released through Epic Records, production on the new Album comes from the likes of DJ Mac, Zimi Records, BiiGinton Records, KVRIM, and Emoji Records, offering a mix of Dancehall, Reggae, Hip Hop, and R&B sounds throughout. He calls up his peers 450, Fridayy, and Tommy Lee Sparta to join in on the vibes, further making “Prove Dem Wrong” one to listen to. The St. Mary Deejay has come a long way, and now his focus is sharper, and determination is greater. Kill dem with success.

Ding Dong Finally Releases Debut Album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding”

There are many kings in the Dancehall world, but in the realm of the dance culture, there are also a few kings, and Ding Dong is one of them. Since the 2000s, he has made his name in the streets as a Creator, and helped to advance the culture. With his rising fame, he delved into the music aspect, and scored a number of hits along the way. It all paid off for him as his brand became International, in recent years, a mainstay in Corporate Jamaica. With the success he amassed, there was something still missing, an album. Today, the Man born Kemar Ottey introduces his debut album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding“.

Consisting of 13 tracks, Ding Dong crosses a new milestone with the release of his 1st album, “From Ding Dong To World Ding”. The Deejay steadily built his catalogue over the years to get to this level, and he delivers a project that showcases what made him a legend, and has something for everybody to enjoy. The album’s energy was made possible in part to the production by the likes of Khalfani Records, Ricky Blaze, Felva, DJ Mac, Dunw3ll, Romeich Entertainment, and Bassick Records, and guest appearances by Skeng, Skillibeng, Kaka Highflames, Vanessa Bling, Stalk Ashley, Govana, Bravo Ravers, Popeye Caution, Afro B, and Busta Rhymes. Ding Dong’s musical journey had a few bumps in the road, but he has experienced the glory, and will write more chapters to the story.

Elephant Man Turns Up The Party With “Gimmi Rum”

Just when you thought that the party was over, Elephant Man takes stage to bring the energy levels up again. Yesterday we shared his collaboration with Gabbidon called, “New Wave“, and will get everyone dancing. This time around, he’s keeping the Bartenders and Startenders busy with, “Gimmi Rum“.

Produced by DJ Mac/Circa Eleven, Elephant Man is charged up, and gets everyone to enjoy themselves in “Gimmi Rum”. Whatever your choice of drink is, keep it flowing while you party away with Ele. Make sure the waitresses are busy all night, and don’t forget to tip. Ele continues to provide the energy that is needed, and he’ll always secure a hit. The track is followed by a Music Video directed by Rojhay Anderson with a guest appearance by Content Creator/Podcaster QueenzFlip, and you’re invited to the party to drink and rave. Elephant Man is currently in the US securing a few events and deals, and you know it’s a big deal when he’s involved. Ayetian Enlists @NeYo For @MachelMontano-Featured “Truth & Balance (Remix)”

Dancehall Artist Ayetian has been enjoying quite the buzz in recent months thanks to his music releases. Known for bringing a different kind of energy in his music, he has been getting co-signs from the likes of Tommy Lee Sparta, and Trinidad’s own Machel Montano. Speaking of Machel, he recently collaborated with the rising Deejay on the track, “Truth & Balance“. With that song bubbling locally and Internationally, they gave it even more power with a new remix.

Produced by DJ Mac/BlacksTheMan/Machel Montano/1stKlase, Ayetian and Machel called up US Singer/Songwriter Ne-Yo to give the “Truth & Balance (Remix)” some added flavour for the ladies. Ne-Yo is no stranger to being featured on a Dancehall track, nor is he one to a Jamaican stage, and his contribution to the track opens even more doors for domination on the  International market. Ayetian and Machel both deliver on the original, and we can expect a Music Video for the remix to be a banger. Ayetian rising stardom will get an upgrade in the coming months, and with Summer on the horizon, that shouldn’t be farfetched. Ladies it’s time to bruk out again.

Dancehall Artist Valiant may have been trending recently thanks to his choice of footwear on Social Media, but he’ll always maintain a presence with the music. The past few months has seen him secure more hits and gain more attention Internationally, and he’s working for even more. Best believe his focus is on a “Whole Lotta” things.

Directed by Don Prod, Valiant is taking his career and life to new levels in “Whole Lotta”. Surrounded by his peers, we’re looking at a Deejay who has remained consistent, and is enjoying the fruits of his labour with an eagerness to gain even more. “Whole Lotta” is the first single off of Valiant’s upcoming debut album, and we look forward to future developments. The Diplomat is ready for the takeover.

On the night of Friday January 24, the Parish of Manchester was the stage for Deejays and Singers to perform at the first staging of the “Born To Shine Talent Search“. Organized by Texroy Elliott and the Born To Shine Committee and held at the Mandeville Primary & Jnr High School, a lot of potential stars showed up to secure the ultimate prize, $1 Million in cash, and a Record Deal. Judges for the event consisted of Producers DJ Mac and Steel Chest, Selector/Media Personality/Producer ZJ Sparks, and Dancehall Icon Bounty Killa, and over 100 Artists participated at the event. In the end, three Artists emerged in Dawk9ine, TrapKween, and Spikey, and Spikey took home the winnings. Before the winner was picked however, Dancehall Artists Fresh King, XKappe, Kraff, and Bounty Killa performed for the people.
