Cholita is an upcoming Recording Artist who is already making strides on the scene. Her debut single “Next Time” caught the attention of brands like H&M, and she’s propelling herself to become a household name. She continues building her catalogue with the release of, “Without You“.

Produced by Dre Skull for Mixpak and featuring Skillibeng, Cholita shares her desire to be with her love interest in, “Without You”. She shares the benefits of having the right person in her life, while Skillibeng outlines his reasons why she should get with him, and leave her current partner behind. It’s a perfect match when the love is mutual, and the compatibility is undeniable. This collaboration is ready for the International market, so don’t be surprised if another International brand scoops this one up. Some are saying Cholita is the next International superstar to emerge out of Jamaica, and with her current releases, we believe she’ll be doing even more damage with future releases. 2023 was another year in the books for Popcaan. He continues to hold his own as a Dancehall giant, a the 2nd Mayor of St. Thomas, and of course a Minister of Tourism as he has welcomed many of the big names on the Island. He recently concluded his annual UnrulyFest event in St. Thomas, but he had a few more tricks up his sleeve. Closing out 2023 the right way, he delivers a surprise project called, “Best Mood“.

Featuring 15 tracks, Popcaan ensures his fans ring in the new year with some unruly hits on “Best Mood”. The Deejay previously released a couple tracks off the project, and we can expect additional content in support of it come next year. Fivio Foreign, Vory, Vybz Kartel, Shane O, and Chronic Law make an appearance, while the likes of Anju Blaxx, Dre Skull, and Attomatic Records lend their sounds to the project. If you were one of many who missed out on UnrulyFest, hopefully this makes up for some of it. Ending 2023 the unruly way.

One thing with Jamaicans, we’ll show up anywhere. Recently, the team behind the “Power” series on Starz launched the 4th chapter called, “Force“. The new series follows Tommy Egan on his new journey filled with crime, drama, and action. For their 3rd episode, a familiar sound from Jamaica made an appearance.

In the closing minutes of “Power Book IV: Force” episode 3, Popcaan’s 2018 hit single, “Firm And Strong” was the featured track. The single was produced by Dre Skull, and was included on Popcaan’s sophomore album, “Forever“. The Power series is no stranger to featuring Jamaican music as Sister Nancy’s “Bam Bam” and Lady Saw’s “Strip Tease” were included in “Power Book II: Ghost” and the original “Power” respectively. Will there be more Jamaican hits featured in “Power”? Stay tuned, and stay firm and strong!

International Poppy is at it again! Fresh off the release of his highly anticipated “Fixtape“, Popcaan continues to cross seas and plant the Jamaican and Unruly flags in various territories. Finding himself in the pop scene this time around, he connects with Singer Jorja Smith on, “Come Over“.

Produced by Dre Skull, Pasque, MadisonLST, and Cadenza, we get a Dancehall flavoured/sampled track that finds Jorja wanting to “fix tings” with her love interest, while Poppy smoothly steps in the fire off some slick lyrics. Accompanying the single, is a Future Power Station animated visual which was directed by Amber Grace Johnson. A not too fast, not too slow release here, definitely something to slow wine with that special person with. With the pandemic causing a lot of distance between many, may the Zoom and Facetime calls find this song a worthy part of the soundtrack.

Produced by Dre Skull, Poppy brings his flair to the track as he lets you know he’s in the streets like the white line, and doesn’t need to spend money foolishly to get the attention of the ladies. Flexing the “Unruly” way while J Hus shows us what the “Bouff Daddy” life is about. An early Christmas present for those who have been waiting, and another International collaboration for Popcaan.
