US based Rapper Chase Soundz is readying to release more content this year, eager to land on the radar of some of the prominent names in the music Industry. With his sights set on tapping into new territories, he is still working on the flow, and sharpening his lyricism. While he has a lot of audio content, he’s adding more visuals to the list. He gives us a visual for the track, “Blooming Through Flames“.

Directed by CGViZ, a partnership between Chase Soundz and Chavez Gentles, the visual for “Blooming Through Flames” will still connect with those who are fans of the single. Released in 2021 as a part of a weekly music release series, the track found Chase reflecting on his life, and showing gratitude throughout. Those new to the track can easily learn the relatable lyrics that are displayed throughout, while Chase can be seen reconnecting with nature.

Along with the new video, Chase Soundz is hosting a giveaway on his Youtube channel. Showing appreciation to those who have followed his career, he is giving back in a small way, making way for bigger and better things to come in the future. Montego Bay based Rapper MoulaUE returns to music after a short hiatus. Having shown that he is one of the Jamaican Lyricists you need to know, he had to fall back for a while to deal with life outside the booth. Before he returns in a bigger way however, he goes back into the archives to share a few gems that never saw the light of day. Today, you’ll get a chance to hear them in the new “The Lost Files” EP.

Consisting of 3 tracks, MoulaUE gives listeners a freestyle, and a couple collaborations that were made for previous projects, but were left behind for one reason or another. Recording Artists Warm Soul, Minx, and JadaFilly appear as the collaborators on “The Lost Files” EP, and the production is strong on this release. Jamaican Hip Hop collective The Council a.k.a. The Council of the Gods returns with new music. Despite the pandemic putting a halt to many things, Five Steez, The Sickest Drama, and Nomad Carlos managed to fight through the blocks, and make something happen. Finally seeing an opening, they stepped out with their latest offering titled, “Trilogy“.

Featuring 8 tracks, The Council teamed up with the legendary Equiknoxx Music label. Production come from the minds of Time Cow, Son Raw, and Sawandi, and they present Dub, Jazz, and Electronica inspired beats to build a great vibe. The Council in true fashion stepped out with their usual lyrical abilities, and handled each beat like they’re supposed to. While every Dancehall and Reggae Artist got a chance to put out new music this year in the middle of the pandemic, Jamaican Hip Hop had to show up and make some noise.
