Q: You’re scheduled to perform on the upcoming #PayAttention line-up, how exactly does it feel to be one of the first local rapper to hit the 2015 stage?
A: THIS! It’s seriously a great opportunity for me to showcase my talent as a solo act since Fo5ifth. So it really is a good look! I’m honored to be a part of the line-up knowing the body of work I put in since summer of last year… It really is proving that my hard-work and dedication is being acknowledged.

With a splash of old school Reggae and Hip Hop comes a new tune from top Jamaican Rapper, Five Steez. Titled “Deadly” and produced by DJ Crooks, Steez brought his lyrical gun to the fight here. Here he spoke on being deadly with his flow, aiming to outshine whoever he spars with, representing the “First Coast” and showing respect to legendary Rappers who were born in Jamaica like Bushwick Bill, Chubb Rock, and Heavy D. What a way to start off the buzz for his upcoming “These Kingston Times” project.
