In 2023, Dancehall Artist Najeeriii earned his spot as one of the year’s best Dancehall Rookies. Having scored a number of popular singles, 2024 was looking to be an even bigger year for him. Hits came early that year, but got a small setback when his Youtube Channel was reportedly hacked in the late Summer, and his content was made private. When things got fixed, he ended the year with a number of singles including “1Rifle“. Ready to dominate again, he’s finalizing his debut album, “Book Of Bob“. Before that, he unleashes his “1Rifle Cliptape“.

Featuring 23 tracks that’s mixed by Travis Chromatic a.k.a. TravDaawg and 9 extra tracks that won’t be found on Streaming Platforms (yet!), Najeeriii gives the fans something special before the new album with the “1Rifle Cliptape”. The project features new music, remixes of previous releases, and he even hops on a few Hip Hop beats. Pantason, DethWrld, Catalog Music Group, YC Studios, and Franc White are just some of the names who produced on this project, while Rajahwild, KMan, Chronic Law, and Moovements join in on a number of songs. Our newest selection comes from an Artist who has been working on his craft for a number of years. Llyell is affiliated with echoB3ats Productions and a number of Artists, but he has been making noise since the early part of 2020. He has been working on a follow up to his 2021 “Pressure Drop” Mixtape, and now you can tune in to the “Comfort To A Fool” Mixtape.

Featuring 6 tracks and released through echoB3ats Productions, Llyell gets active with the bars on his “Comfort To A Fool” Mixtape. He dabbles in a few topics throughout the project, hopping on a few popular Hip Hop Instrumentals like Kanye West’s “Back To Me”, Lil Yachty’s “A Cold Sunday“, Future’s “This Sunday”, and Freddie Gibbs’ “God Is Perfect”. Llyell gives listeners a quick showcase while he preps more music to drop in the coming months. For those on the go, he has also presented a straight mix version in collaboration with DJ JoshEra. 2023 was another year in the books for Popcaan. He continues to hold his own as a Dancehall giant, a the 2nd Mayor of St. Thomas, and of course a Minister of Tourism as he has welcomed many of the big names on the Island. He recently concluded his annual UnrulyFest event in St. Thomas, but he had a few more tricks up his sleeve. Closing out 2023 the right way, he delivers a surprise project called, “Best Mood“.

Featuring 15 tracks, Popcaan ensures his fans ring in the new year with some unruly hits on “Best Mood”. The Deejay previously released a couple tracks off the project, and we can expect additional content in support of it come next year. Fivio Foreign, Vory, Vybz Kartel, Shane O, and Chronic Law make an appearance, while the likes of Anju Blaxx, Dre Skull, and Attomatic Records lend their sounds to the project. If you were one of many who missed out on UnrulyFest, hopefully this makes up for some of it. Ending 2023 the unruly way.
