As the saying goes, “Mouth cut cross way fi talk“. Everybody has something to say whether it’s right or wrong. Recording Artist Tifa can attest to people having a lot to say about her in her lengthy career, and sometimes she ignores it. Today however, she’s here to clap back with her latest single, “C.S.M.“.

Produced by Suku and Dre Day and released through Ineffable Records, Tifa shares a few choice words for those who have the most to say about her. She has faced many challenges as a female Dancehall artist, but has built her way up to becoming one of the legendary voices over time. If you don’t like her, listen to the chorus. If you can’t stand her, listen to the chorus. Accompanying the single is a music video directed by Facey Shot It, and it finds Tifa rocking a few costumes including a devil suit, shooting money out of a gun, and just having fun throughout the video while letting her haters know what’s up. Shout out to the Dancer Khaja J. who was featured in the video too! Don’t let the haters get you down today!

Logiq Asks For “Protection” In New Video

It’s a cold world, and some hearts are pretty cold out there, but we make it a daily thing to ask the almighty for guidance through the dark times. For Trinibad artist Logiq, he needs God to watch his back in the video for his latest track, “Protection“.

Directed by LE Production a.k.a. Lord Edit, Logiq connects with nature to escape the craziness of the city, and speaks with God as he needs to be protected from those who oppose him and want to see him fail in life. When he’s back in civilization however, we see an instance of someone being fake towards him while conversing with a young lady. The badmind is real, you just have to be vigilant. Let Jah guide your steps, and not let the enemy prosper over your life. A great selection from one of the latest Trinibad artists out!

This is for the ladies who are about stacking up the dollar bills! Having made noise all year, David Lyn is ready for more as his “Any Day Now” EP is a few steps away from official release. We featured his motivational single, “Keep Moving” recently, now he follows up with the single, “Gwan Fi Money“!

Produced by NeriBeats and Izy Beats (with Guitar by Gabrielle “GG” Stok) and featuring “Singy Singy” a.k.a. Tarrus Riley, David Lyn and Riley make fire here as they speak on dealing with women who are all about that money. If the discussion doesn’t have dollar signs in it, leave those ladies alone! This goes out to all the hardworking independent women out there, especially those who make it happen during this worldwide pandemic. D-Feezy has kept his work ethic at the highest capacity all year. With plenty music to choose from this year, he is doing his part in providing the entertainment that many of us need. Having dropped 2 projects this year, he’s looking to provide more content before the year is our. For the holiday season, he has ambitions of living the “Rich Life” in new video.

Directed by TBE Studios, D-Feezy is seen partying it up with his people as he shares what he has been envisioning in his pending rich lifestyle. He also keeps it gangster as he lets listeners know that if it wasn’t for him and his crew, some lives wouldn’t have been easier as he makes the moves necessary to keep things in order. We all want to live a life that’s luxurious with all our problems solved with the press of a button. For some it’s easy to attain but for others, you just have to work a lil harder for it. OLDIES SUNDAY: Lady Patra – Queen Of The Pack (1993)

There are many Queens, but there is only one Queen Patra! Today she celebrates Lady Patra’s birthday, and we honour her on Oldies Sunday by highlighting her classic “Queen Of The Pack” single!

Produced by Clifton “Specialist” Dillon and Tony “CD” Kelly and released through Epic Records in 1993, “Queen Of The Pack” was Patra’s way of promoting female empowerment as she showed that she can stand on her own, is strong, smart, and beautiful, and she runs things! Patra had no problems standing out in a male dominated Dancehall scene, and it paid off for her. “Queen Of The Pack” was one of Patra’s most memorable singles, and was featured on her 1993 debut album of the same name. It was later remixed by Producer Salaam Remi, and covered by Dancehall Artist Destiny Sparta in 2016.

Since “Queen Of The Pack”, Patra went on to release more singles, took some time off from music to complete her degree in History & Political Science, returned with more music, and flexed her entrepreneurial muscle with her Chateau 7 restaurant in Kingston. You can shuffle the deck all you want, but the “Queen Of The Pack” will always be on top! Big up Patra, and Happy Birthday!

Buddu Bye! After making noise in recent weeks with the single, Dancehall artist Popeye Caution finally drops the visual for the Splash Zanotti featured “BOW“!

Directed by Peré and Life Is Good Productions and shot in Florida, Popeye Caution can be seen cruising through the neighbourhoods in search of that loot. Whether in the Benz truck or the Quad, don’t play with him. Splash Zanotti appears later in the video to handle business with Popeye and the track’s Producer, Felva. The video features cameos from Singer David Lyn and Dancer/Style Icon Shizzle Sherlock, and Popeye even previews pieces from his new “Clothes Jesus” fashion line.
