Dancehall Producer/Recording Artist Dane Ray has built his brand to one that aligns with success. From producing for some of the biggest names out, to recording well-received tracks, to launching a wave of new music stars and movements, to securing award nominations and wins, he’s keeping his focus on the right things. He shared his much-anticipated debut album, “H.Y.M. (Hope Yuh Memba)“, and followed it up with the track, “Fully Prayers“.
“H.Y.M.” is a 12 track project that showcases Dane Ray’s growth as a member of the music fraternity, and making solid connections over the years. The album shares themes of life situations and ambitions for great success, and Dane provides the right sounds to accompany the lyrical contributions. He delivers a project that is sure to find favour with many globally, and encourage further growth of the Jamaican music scene. Dane shares his stage with the likes of Nhance, Areakode, Koffee, SVM, Stefflon Don, Eddy G Bomba, $hen, Shevv Di Goddess, Tommy Lee Sparta, Qwella, Ai Milly, and Popcaan. As a part of the new album’s festivities, we get a Visualizer for the Popcaan-featured track, “Fully Prayers”, that aims to motivate listeners as the Artists speaks on their journey, the challenges faced throughout, and how they handle things. For those who need something different, there’s also a “Slow + Reverb” version of the album. It’s a new day for the “Ray Gad“, time to bask in it. “H.Y.M.” is out now!
