It’s the Energy God Elephant Man and tonight he made his way onto the Onstage TV set with Winford Williams. Here he spoke about going back into the party scene, his problems with taxes, his alleged rape charge, his “Harlem Shake” single, his future in Dancehall music, and rumors about stealing electricity, contracting AIDS and homosexuality.  Interesting Interview, Elephant Man was one of the artists to rock the Dancehall scene with his many energetic singles and I hope the recent events don’t kill his career for good. NEW MUSIC: @BustaRhymes – Twerk It (#TwerkIt)

Out of nowhere Busta Rhymes  premiered a single that is sure to burn up the airwaves in the summer. Titled “Twerk It” and produced by longtime collaborator Pharrell Williams, Bussa Buss goes back to his Jamaican roots and deejays for the ladies to do all manners of dancing in the name of “Twerking“. Energetic tune as usual from the rapper and Pharrell made the production in this one. I believe this will be a summer hit but what do you think? Take a picture! Strike a pose! Today’s new video comes from Dancehall artist Chi Ching Ching. Titled “Fashionable King” and directed by DK Konsepp and Must Rich Films, we see Chi Ching Ching shopping, clubbing, chilling on the beach and recording in the studio all while being stalked by photographers and a very determined fan. A bit hilarious with the stalker being at every location Chi Ching Ching’s arrives at, and the lyrics to the song. Not a bad effort, I like how in some scenes the artist’s pose is turned into a magazine cover. Lol at the classroom scene. What do you think of “Fashionable King“? NEW VIDEO: @TRINARockStarr – Round Of Applause

Featuring hot cars, hot girls, graffiti and alot of lights is Trina’s new video. Titled “Round Of Applause” and directed by Montoya, Trina drops her raps like a boss to let everyone know that she still reigns supreme and she already has what everyone’s struggling to get. Very colourful video, although I was expecting some sort of applause in the video but it’s ok. A bedazzled mask? This is track #6 off Trina’s Back to Business mixtape which is executive produced by French Montana. Word on the street is she might be working with a Jamaican artist soon, stay tuned. NEW VIDEO: @TheRealEVE x @FluffyMissKitty – EVE

Well that was quick. After leaking the single just a few days ago, Eve premiered the visual treatment to her single “Eve“. Shot in her current residence of London, we see Eve strolling through the streets and dropping her raps to make it clear she’s coming back for her title. While the single features Jamaican Media Personality Miss Kitty, she wasn’t available for the shoot and we can see Eve lip-syncing a bit of Kitty’s part. Very clean video although I expected more than her just strolling through the streets and rapping and I am upset that I had to search really hard to find a video available for Jamaicans to view it. How can you have a song that features a Jamaican but block Jamaicans from seeing it? What you think? Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
