Reggae Artiste Lutan Fyah is highly regarded for his high energy performances. The Reggae Artiste extraordinaire recently returned to the island after a brief stint in Paris and Amsterdam where he performed magnificent sets. “I had a great time as usual performing for my fans and I am thrilled with the tremendous response that I have received. These are genuine fans of Lutan Fyah who love my music, my authenticity, and have supported my music over the years.” Said the upbeat Artiste.

The Reggae superstar is also looking forward to deliver at two major upcoming shows, the first on July 23rd at Oroville Rock Reggae Jam Fest in California and on the 30th he will be performing at ReggaeJam in Germany. Lutan will be igniting the place with his bold and catchy lyrics, and his energetic and mind blowing performances. “I am looking forward to these two shows and as always I will be delivering a strong performance for my ever-growing fan base.”

Fyah is also promoting one of his latest single, “I Feel Like Skank”, a unique blend of Reggae and Dancehall beats, produced under Busy Signal’s Turf Music Entertainment. He notes that he will be performing this song among some of his major hits.

@SingerFabian Tells The Truth!

With an increase in publicity stunts being used to market music, Cashflow Recording Artiste Fabian feels the need to tell his truth. His new single produced by Psy-en-tiz from New York titled ‘Truth’ is recorded by Fabian’s Alter Ego. Fabian said “Yes, I have an Alter Ego, for a while now I have been Fabian the Singer but there is the side of me that can deejay and command attention too”.

The Artiste who has quite a few controversial lines in the song has indeed been garnering attention. A line from the singles states, “Alkaline a run Dancehall an we all know a di truth dis… how teacha fi run Dancehall being incarcerated…”. Fabian explained “I respect Alkaline and I appreciate seeing an underdog come to the forefront and dominate and that’s exactly what he is doing”.

Fabian, known for his collaboration with Digicel Rising Star Winner Tash in 2011 titled ‘It’s In the Books’, has been receiving mixed reactions to the single ‘Truth’. He said, “Some people love it and others are offended by some of the opinions I share in the song but this is who I am and my opinions are simply mine”.

The young Artiste also added that he would like to see media embracing more talents and shining light on the successes of these young talents. On a lighter note, Fabian released yet another song called ‘Nah Give Up’ on the ‘Psalms 91 Riddim’ which was produced by Cashflow Records which speaks to remaining positive no matter what the circumstances may be.

@DonAndre “Jogs” To Success!

British sensation, Don Andre is currently on a high with his number one single, Tom Cruise. He has now released his highly anticipated follow up, “Jog”. The video premiered on VEVO with over 50,000 views within its first 24 hours.

Don Andre is thrilled with the reviews being received for his new single. “Jog is already in full rotation on TV and radio. Fans have been uploading clips doing the new dance move and I am truly grateful for the support,” he said.

The “Jog” music video was directed by Damaniac Visulaz and shot in location in Cherry Gardens, Jamaica. Don Andre plays the role of a Gardener who throws a house party as soon as his boss departs for vacation.

Cameos came from familiar faces: MC Nuffy, Heavy-D and child actress, Journey Jewels from the cast of Nick Cannon’s upcoming Jamaican movie.

Don Andre came to prominence via his remake of the Shabba Ranks classic, “Needle Eye”. His breakthrough single, “Tom Cruise” is undeniably one of the most popular selections locally since the start of the year.

He is booked to appear at Reggae Sumfest, Dream Weekend, Club Amazura (NY) on July 1st, as well as the YMZ concert at the National Stadium alongside “Whip Nae Nae” singer, Silento and Disney star Ross Lynch.

British-based entertainer Don Andre is a highly anticipated debut act for Reggae Sumfest 2016. He made quite an impact at the launch of the event at the Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records.

The entertainer delivered the chart-topper, Tom Cruise. Host Miss Kitty was fired up on stage and led in the excitement that filled the venue. Don Andre maintained the energy with the Sumfest dancers who taught the audience the new dance move, Jog.

“I’ve always wanted to rock the Sumfest stage. I’m honored to be apart of their 24th Anniversary. Montego Bay is gonna be on fire come July 22nd, I guarantee you. I have a major set planned. I know Mr. Bogdanovich and the team are gonna be thrilled with the presentation.

I love the fact they are placing strong emphasis on the Reggae and Dancehall components this year. Tom Cruise is the song right now, everybody love it, so I have to represent well come Dancehall night,” Don Andre admits.

New York based Streetwear Brand Supreme recently teamed up with Reggae Crooner Barrington Levy and Reggae Producer Hyman “Jah Life” Wright for a new line of Clothing for their Summer ’16 collection. Wright, who along with Henry “Junjo” Lawes, were the Producers who contributed to the rise of Barrington Levy’s career from the late 70’s to the 80’s. Together they’ve helped to create timeless albums such as “Bounty Hunter“, “Englishman“, and “Robin Hood” which spawned many hits for the young Levy. Supreme is no stranger to the Caribbean as they have worked with DJ/Director/Style Icon Va$htie who is of Trinidadian Heritage, and had a line that featured the late Jamaican Recording Artist Sugar Minott. The new line features a hooded Sweatshirt, 3 T-shirts and a Tank top highlighting the original artwork for Levy’s previously mentioned albums, and a shirt featuring H.I.M. Haile Selassie I. The collection will be available in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris and online on June 16 while it hits Japan on June 18.
