Teebone & Pablo YG Team Up For “Frozen”

Produced by Momentum Entertainment and featuring Pablo YG, Teebone shares some of his experiences on “Frozen”. Rygin King & @DamianMarley Speak On Growth In “Things Done Change”


Dancehall Artist Rygin King has been on the road to recovery for quite some time, and has used the music as a form of therapy to express his feelings, and help to lighten the mental load. Fans have been gravitating to his music and efforts outside of the studio, and he looks to do even more. For his latest collaboration, he teams up with the self-appointed “Youngest Veteran” in, “Things Done Change“.

Directed by Third World Don and Sherval TheSheep, “Things Done Change” features a collaboration with Rygin King, and Damian “Junior Gong” Marley. A collaboration we never knew we needed, and together they reflect on their beginnings, their experiences, and speak on their growth as Men in this world. One can’t stay the same, they have to grow and depart from things that will hold back that growth. “Things Done Change” is the latest single from Rygin King’s “Recovery” album, which is set to be released on June 14. Two giants in their own lanes team up for something great.

“Vybz Kartel No Bail” Reactions!


Dancehall Artist Vybz Kartel along with three of his co-accused will have to fight a little harder as it has been announced that their bail has been denied. Vybz Kartel has been incarcerated since 2011, and was given the official sentencing in 2014, and since then there have been attempts for an appeal which was made successful earlier this year through the Privy Council. Given the circumstances, many are very eager to see their favourite Artist back in the streets, and back around those who love him, but they just have to wait a little longer. With that said, here are some reactions below. Retrial is set for June 10.

Elephant Man Previews “Pop Me Collar” Single With Top Choreographer


It’s gonna be a festive Summer with Dancehall Artist Elephant Man, Producer Kemar McGregor, and International Choreographer/Personal Trainer Christina A. González involved. Following the release of “Work Out”, Ele follows up with the single, “Pop Me Collar”!
Produced by Kemar McGregor on the “Insects Riddim”, Elephant Man’s “Pop Me Collar” looks to be the next single that will have everybody dancing this year. The roll out of the new single comes in the form of a preview with some Choreography by Christina A. González who taps into the spirit of Gerald “Bogle” Levy, and Jamaica for a series of dance moves. The fun doesn’t stop there as there will be more to enjoy in the coming days with “Pop Me Collar”.  Let’s make Dancehall nice again!

Since the late 90s, Dancehall Artist/Media Personality Mr. Lexx has built his name in the Jamaican music scene, and took it to speakers and stages around the world. You know his hits, and he has expanded his career to the point where he’s known for more than just music. Despite it all, he deals with challenges, and he speaks on his journey in, “True Story“.

With a Music Video done by Royal Crown Entertainment, Mr. Lexx takes centre stage on “True Story” to reflect, share commentary, and express some gratitude. It’s no secret that Lexx wasn’t always respected by some of his musical peers and fans, but he managed to keep his name afloat, and get love from many. He’s aware that he may not be everyone’s cup of tea (and he name drops Gen Z and their not so subtle ways), but he has been a pillar of support for some, and he thanks the creator for bringing him this far in life. His journey was never an easy one, but he knows how to manoeuvre himself amongst negativity, those who practice evil, and the challenges that may come his way. Have a listen to Mr. Lexx’s story.

Jimmy Cliff’s “Wonderful World” Featured In @AppleTV’s “The Big Cigar”


The Big Cigar” is one of the latest additions to the growing Apple TV streaming platform. Starring Andre Holland, Alessandro Nivola, and Tiffany Boone, the series focuses on the late Activist Huey P. Newton and his Black Panther Party in the 1970s, and his escape from a manhunt from the FBI to Cuba. The series features music from a number of stars from the 1960s and 70s, but a familiar sound from Jamaica was featured in one of the episodes.

In episode 3 of “The Big Cigar” called “Guns & Matzah“, Jamaican Icon Jimmy Cliff’sWonderful World, Beautiful People” could be heard during a scene. Produced by Leslie Kong and Cliff and released in 1969 through Trojan Records, “Wonderful World” is a vision by Cliff on what the world could be if things were done different. The song was a top ten hit for Cliff in various countries (was Trojan Records’ 1st hit), and was featured in his self-titled 1969 Reggae album (Sometimes known as “Wonderful World, Beautiful People). “Wonderful World” was sampled by Cutty Ranks, and was covered by the likes of Sasha, Chuck Bennett, OreSkaBand, and Amazulu. “The Big Cigar” is now available for viewing on Apple TV.
