Today, we celebrate the Birthday of a legend. Today is the 80th Birthday of the Original Gong, Bob Marley. Reggae has transcended so much thanks to his contributions, and his name continues to inspire, elevate, and receive praise and accolades. With this year’s celebration titled, “UPRISING 80“, Tuff Gong has conducted a series of events that not only celebrate the Man and his music, but highlight the many people who continue to honour him, be influenced by him, and give us a look into the future of Marley. The event will also feature a series of performances by the likes of Alexx A-Game, Naomi Cowan, Kumar Fyah, Quan Dajai, Bugle, Mortimer, and more from around the world. This past Summer, Reggae/Dancehall Artist Bugle released his “Apex” album. Since then, he has been taking the music near and far, and the fans have been showing tremendous support. He has been pushing content in support of the album, and his latest piece is a special one. Earlier, he shared the much-anticipated Music Video for the track, “Thank You Lord“.

Directed by DaManiac Visualz, “Thank You Lord” is the collaboration between Bugle, Buju Banton, and Damian “Junior Gong” Marley. Gathered with friends who include Yaksta, Stefflon Don, RumBlood, Ras-I, GiHRL, and DJ Bambino, it’s celebration of unity, and recognition of the Most High through the good times, and bad. The video also splits into scenes with Bugle connecting with Buju in various locations, and sharing their respective messages. “Thank You Lord” is a favourite off of the album, and it has helped to propel the album up a few notches on various music charts. Expect a lot more content in the coming weeks, and keep “Apex” in rotation.

Recording Artists Julian Marley, Bounty Killa, and Bugle lead the charge for change in the video for their single, “Time Is Of Essence“.

Directed by Icey Jace, Bounty Killa, Julian Marley, and Bugle step out to spread awareness that the World needs help, and we have to do our part to fix things. The Artists deliver their messages in the best ways possible, and make for a great collaboration that was produced by CD Master Sound/Inna Mi House Music on the “Block 9ine Riddim“. “Time Is Of Essence” was featured on the Deluxe version of Bugle’s critically-acclaimed “Toxicity” album. Bounty Killa has been busy with Music releases all year while Julian is working on a follow up to his GRAMMY-winning “Colors Of Royal” album that was done in collaboration with Alexx Anateus. Not to be left out, Bugle is also gearing up to release his recently-announced “Apex” album this month, and has been securing solid collaborations throughout the year. Times are getting serious.

Chronic Law & @BugleAn9ted Team Up On “Real Storm”

Chronic Law is still one of the hardest working Dancehall Artists when it comes to the output. While he keeps the streets busy with new music, he likes to step out with unlikely collaborations. Last month he collaborated with UK Rapper M24, and now he teams up with one of Reggae’s most prolific voices in, “Real Storm“.

Produced by Hungry Lion Records on the “Psalms Of David Riddim“, “Real Storm” finds Chronic Law teaming up with Reggae Artist Bugle. Together they make observations on the ways of man and the corruption that has gripped the world, and they hold the order while being cautious in their day to day lives. The accompanying Music Video was directed by Shane Creative, and it finds the “Law Boss” and the “An9ted” Artist showcasing a great collaboration. Both Artists have delivered powerful music, and them joining forces should make way for even more collaborations. Be wary on your journey, stand strong against the storms that will come.

They say love wins, but sometimes it takes some extra effort to keep the love going. Many people around the world have embraced love, while others have given up. For Recording Artist Bugle, he believes the love should never die, and hope comes in the form of the new single, “Us“.

Bugle recruits Recording Artist GiHRL on “Us”, and together they sing about that love that’s worth fighting for. While many couples have let conflict keep them separate, the Artists believe in seeing the bigger picture, and they sing about making it work. “Us” was produced by 324 New Empire Records/An9ted Ent., while the music video that has accompanied the single was directed by Damaniac Visualz. Bugle has been busy promoting his “Toxicity (Deluxe)” album, along with a number of singles. GiHRL has been on the scene for a number of years, and has been impressing many with her live performances, and singles. Big up all the couples out there still making it work, even when some days aren’t the best.
