The past few days has been all about conflict. Wars are happening, separations are happening, and a lot of tension. We need peace, we need love, and we need unity. Recording Artist Chris Malachi has been working on inspiring the people with his music, and with the new single “Jeezam Peezam“, we hope change happens soon.

Produced by Stay Nice Music, Chris Malachi calls for the people to come together in the name of goodness in, “Jeezam Peezam”. With so much conflict going on, we need songs that promote togetherness, love over hate, and pushing for combined strength over powers of negativity. Malachi’s single comes at a good time, and we hope it inspires the people to do better. Chris Malachi has been pretty busy this year. Aside from new music, he took the stage at the recently-held “Lost In Time Festival“, and has been making appearances around the Island. 2026 is the year the Gullyside returns in full form. Mavado has adjusted his focus, looks forward to taking on the world with his Gaza peer this Summer, and we look forward to what’s next. Keeping it music, earlier he premiered, “Big Blessing“.

Produced by Keno4Star/JA Productions and featuring Valiant, Mavado focuses on success in, “Big Blessing”. The Deejays reflect on days when they didn’t have it, and now they’re securing Millions, having a life they worked for, and proving the haters wrong. The success is evident on the Deejays in the Damaniac Visualz-directed music video, and it’s toasting to the good life, having the Mansion in the hills, and being around the people who helped to make the dream come to life. The Gullyside/Diplomats collaboration will find favour with the fans, and we hope these two have more in store. The “Gully Gad” reclaims his streets.

Elephant Man Channels Elvis In “Falling In Love”

For over 30 years, Elephant Man has delivered the hits, and he continues to get the people going. The year has found him releasing a bunch of new music already, and you can bet he has even more for the rest of the year. Today, he gives you something new mixed with something old. Check out, “Falling In Love“.

Released through Energy God Productions, Elephant Man taps into Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love” from 1961 to show love to the ladies who know how to keep him coming back for more, and “Falling In Love”. He takes it a step further by channeling Elvis for the music video in which he directed. From the hair to the suit, Ele had the ladies cheering him on throughout his performance, and this just some of Ele’s signature style when it comes to his visual content. If you didn’t know, since March 2025, we premiered a new weekly Playlist called, “What’s On 13th Street?“. Since then, we have featured over 600 new songs from Artists in and outside the Caribbean. Some are your faves, others are legends in the game, and some newcomers. All we ask of you is to show the Playlist some love through regular shares, follows, and your enjoyment.

This week for “What’s On 13th Street?“, we featured Nisou’s “Love Like This”, Acmatic’s return track “Betrayed”, “See Ya” from Bajan Artists Shai Bascombe and Jah Koda, Matthew Malcolm’s “Seaview”, Armanii’s “Fulla Gyal”, “Tell Mi (Verdad)” by Venezuelan Artists Abel & Lexo, Skillibeng & Rema’s “Ballerina”, and 1Ski OG’s “Struggles”.

It has been nearly 2 years since Recording Artist Bugle released his album, “Apex“, and the people are still loving it. When it comes to music that puts you in the right frame of mind, he is one of the curators of the sound. He gives the album more life with the video release of, “Love Again“.

Directed by Caribbean Gold Group, “Love Again” is a collaboration between Bugle, and Maxi Priest. Both being legends, they joined forces during the making of the “Apex” album to deliver a song that brings back the love in people, revitalizes the love that couples share, and spreads some hope for those yearning for real love. The video not only finds the Artists giving off their energy, but we see a couple take centerstage on a trip where they interact with each other, and take in the sights and sounds at the Tryall Club in Montego Bay. If Bugle keeps the content going, maybe we can get more visuals from the album, and previously-released albums. Maybe this legendary collab for example. Bring back the love.

Dancehall Artist 1Ski OG continues to build his catalogue, since securing an International deal over a year ago, he’s still expanding his presence overseas. He has released singles for the ladies and for the streets, has secured collaborations in the Latin market, and remains focused. Building on his discography, he recently released, “Struggles“.

Produced by BVS Productions, 1Ski OG gets a little vulnerable on “Struggles”. He speaks on the pressures and hardship in his mission to becoming successful, dealing with deceitful people, making observations in the world and sharing some commentary, wanting better for not just himself, but his people, and just staying determined through it all. It’s been a few years since his debut single, and he continues to build on his movement, even when there are detractors out there. Life is filled with challenges, and he’s taking them a day at a time. Sacrificing for a better life.
