Future Fambo Capitalizes On Viral Moment With Official “Red Light Pepper Light” Release

Pardon me, but Future Fambo has been having a great past few weeks. Despite his health issues over the past few months, he has been enjoying a career resurgence thanks to Social Media. One of the moments that got him viral attention was the his interpretation of “Just Do It” by Trini Artist Medz Boss. Known for his Comedy along with his music, the humourous interpretation took off, with DJs making remixes of the audio, and fans asking for an official version. Earlier, Fambo fulfilled the request with the official release of, “Red Light Pepper Light“.

Produced by Bing Bang Studioz and Studio Impact, Future Fambo turns a misinterpreted line into a new song with “Red Light Pepper Light”. He shares his gritty style here, and even encourages listeners to do the “Pepper Light” dance. With the spotlight back on him, Fambo is currently promoting the single “Give Thanks” with SheenWrks, and a few follow up singles. He’s also gaining momentum on TikTok with his daily commentary clips. I beg you pardon, it’s Fambo’s time once again. Remember this hit from him?

OLDIES SUNDAY: Future Troubles – Kung Fu (1994)

If you grew up watching Karate flicks, Westerns, and late night Action movies, life was pretty cool back then. Many Jamaicans will tell you about the weekend nights of watching a Shaolin Warrior avenging his Master, or the slickest Cowboy in the West taking down the gangs. Today on “Oldies Sunday“, we’re gonna share with you an Artist who drew inspiration from those days, and made a hit out of it.Many know him today as Future Fambo, but back then he was known as, Future Troubles. We go back in time to check out, “Kung Fu“.

Produced by Courtney Cole and released through Roof International in 1994, Future Troubles stepped on the scene like the chosen one in, “Kung Fu”. The song was inspired by the love for the action-packed Karate Films that received plenty airplay in Jamaica. The song was made for the dancers, and those who know how to keep the party vibes going. If you found someone rocking a black belt, or a bandana, or sporting nunchucks, don’t worry about it. Just enjoy the vibes. “Kung Fu” became a hit for Future Troubles, and he enjoyed a lot of expose back then. The song was not only a hit for the adults, but for the children who would go on and do moves seen on the TV screens on the weekend to the song. Troublesm went as much as release more music that shared the same Karate Film inspiration.

Since the release of “Kung Fu”, Future Troubles went through a series of ups and downs. He late changed his name to Future Fambo, scored a few more hits, and had a few exits from the spotlight. Some would say Fambo got the big break 3 times in his life. Today, he enjoys his newfound popularity on TikTok as a Commentator, and a Comedian. He is still into the music as he used some dark times in his life as the main ingredient for his latest single, “Give Thanks” with SheenWrks. Many still remember his old stage name, along with “Kung Fu”.

THANK YOU FUTURE TROUBLES FOR THIS HIT!

Future Fambo & SheenWrks “Give Thanks”

We have all been through tough times, and they can either make or break you. Overcoming those times produce some great rewards. Dancehall Artist Future Fambo has been through a few of them. Since his days as Future Troubles, he has had his share of ups and downs, and in later years life has made some wrong turns. Today, he’s building back his life, and it will get better. The Artists share their joy for being delivered and protected by the Most High, reflecting on times when they faced dark times. They are never ungrateful, and they encourage you to give praise in the Gavmazing-directed music video. The colourful outfits and beach location brings a needed brightness to go with their message, which has been resonating with many since its release.
