With the days leading up to his “These Kingston Times” EP release coming to a close, Five Steez dropped off the 2nd single. Titled “Welcome” and produced by OneMan Beats, Steez plays host here as he introduces listeners to his hometown of Kingston. He speaks on the activities that happen there, what the residents go through, Jamaicans residing in various places overseas, hailing some great Jamaicans and of course repping the “First Coast“. A great listen here as OneMan provides great production to go with Steez’s commanding lyrics. “These Kingston Times” will be online in October! Despite having a minor setback on his “XXII” project, King Biggs dropped off his second single. Titled “MTV Girls” which features Julesborg, Biggs describes the song as a personal testimony to how reality TV has impacted a generation of Jamaicans in the 1990s to 2000s.
