JDIn a career that has spanned 25 years, Christopher “Johnny” Daley has accomplished many things in his life and tonight he had a chat with Winford Williams on Onstage to discuss a few things. Here he spoke about celebrating 25 yrs, his start as a child actor and being a star on “Lime Tree Lane” which included balancing his scholastic duties and stardom, citing his influences, being the wearer of many hats in the industry, being a family man, maintaining his popularity over the years, and many other things. Today’s episode of Onstage also featured Reggae artist Tarrus Riley. Here he spoke about the media not giving much attention to the revival of the One Drop Reggae movement, his dislike for Dancehall and Reggae being shown as rivals rather than being equals in various aspects in the media, his performance and experience at the Authur Guinness Day concert, wanting Reggae and its other forms to get more respect locally, his recent tour, and performing with Snoop Lion on separate stages. Interesting interview that ended on a great note. I do hope lots of changes are made in the future
