Recently, Prodigal Son a.k.a. Prodi teased fans with his “April” campaign on his social media profiles. One of the first releases comes in the form of his “Never Leave” music video. Directed by Rayon Smith, Prodi is shown to be on a survival journey where he travels through forests, hunts for his meal in the sea, and giving praises to God as he states has not left his side. The single is off Prodi’s “Perfectly Imperfect From Kingston City” album that will be launched on April 24 at the Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Cross Roads, Kingston. NEW MUSIC: @ShieMusik – Tek Dat

Showing another side to her music on this Easter Monday is Dancehall artist Shie with a new single. Titled “Tek Dat” and produced by GHG Productions out of Ghana on the “Apple Riddim“, Shie speaks on being a bad girl, what it takes to being a hot girl, having her own way, and getting anything she wants with ease over the Reggaeton influenced production. With international collaborations in his pocket, he stopped by Onstage to speak on the new happenings in her career. Here he spoke about his “My Jam” collaboration with US Rapper Pitbull and how it became possible, the progress of the single and video, and being picked up by the United Nations and Zumba Fitness. Short but a good Interview as Mr. Vegas performed a string of hits for the audience along with the help of Latonya Style, Overmars and the Dance JA crew.
