To still be here doing things, is something to be grateful for. Trini Dancehall Artist Boy Boy is grateful to still be here, and he shows his gratitude in, “Alive“.

Produced by The FaNaTiX/23 Formation, Boy Boy celebrates life, and shares good times with the important ones in, “Alive”. He’s still here living life to the fullest, and he ensures that once everything is good around him, he’s alright. Dancehall Artist Baby Cham is still giving the people good music, and bringing the vibes wherever he goes. For 30 years, he has his secured as one of Jamaica’s great Dancehall acts. He enjoyed life crossing over to the International market, but he never forgets home. Celebrating his milestone, he released the new EP, “Sherlock“.

Baby Cham pays homage to his community of Sherlock Crescent with the new “Sherlock EP”. The Deejay’s mission with the new project was to entertain and motivate the listener, and he does a good job with the 8 tracks provided. With a catalogue that had him gaining respect in the streets and becoming a sex symbol with the ladies, he puts together a package that is bound to be on repeat for the fans. On the production side, Cham enlists the likes of The FaNaTix, DJ Karim, and Red, while he shares the booth with Stephen and Damian Marley. Baby Cham is one of a number of Artists who celebrate 30 years in Jamaican music, and at this rate, he’ll be around for much longer. It all started in Sherlock.

Recording Artist Bayka is one of the names to know when it comes to the Trap Dancehall, and he aims to level up this year, and beyond. The year has seen him release a number of singles and videos, but the people have been wanting more from the Artist. He has heard them, and he delivers with his official Mixtape, “Mob Ties“.

Featuring 13 tracks, Bayka levels up with his debut Mixtape, “Mob Ties”. The project highlights an Artist who has been building his name for a number of years, and has different sounds and styles for every type of Bayka listener. Protoje is at it again. For over a decade, the Artist has been providing music that connects with the listener in various ways, and has built a movement that has been growing rapidly around the world. Fresh off of his massive staging of the “Lost In Time Festival“, Protoje releases, “Legend Legend“.

Produced by The FaNaTiX, Protoje solidifies his position as an Icon in “Legend Legend”. The track is a testament of the impact he has had in his music career, and we are aware of the work it took to get there. The song also recognizes another legend, Bob Marley. Even after his death in 1981, Marley is a global Icon, and the recent release of the “Bob Marley: One Love” Film is evidence that the Gong is generational. Fun Fact: Protoje name dropped Bob Marley albums throughout “Legend Legend”. Accompanying the single, is a Music Video directed by Samo, and it finds Protoje in his element, and shares highlights of what happened at the 2023 staging of the “Lost In Time Festival”. Beenie Man is a King of Dancehall. Love him or hate him, he is the greatest Dancehall Entertainer, and he has plenty moments at stage shows, and attendees to vouch for that. With over 40 years in music, it’s still crazy that a former child star not named Michael Jackson has made his name transcend generations. In 2021, Beenie shared that he would release a new album. After a few delays, he has finally liberated “Simma“.

“Simma” features 20 tracks, and it finds Beenie Man still holding his own in Dancehall Music. Never one to stay boxed in, he tries out a few different styles for this album. Whether your taste is the traditional Dancehall/Reggae, or even the new wave of NY and UK Drill, Beenie has something for everyone. Production on “Simma” include the likes of Suku, Dutty Rock Productions, Walshy Fire, The FaNaTiX, Frankie Music, Tony Kelly, and Teddy Riley.
