Valiant Makes Major Label Debut With “Flava” Single

Dancehall Artist Valiant is on another level. The Deejay signed with Signal Records/Columbia Records and Epic UK last year, and has been elevating his game even more. The Deejay also secured a MOBO Award in February for “Best Caribbean Music Act“, and now makes his major label debut with the single, “Flava“.

Produced by GuiltyBeatz, Valiant is all about living the good life and doing things in a big way on “Flava”. With his strong presence in Dancehall, the Deejay looks to make this Summer his with the Afrobeats-tinged production. The year already found him burning up the scene with a number of singles including “Lumbah“, “Love Problem“, and “Bubble Gum“, and he is not letting the energy die down no matter what. In a PR statement released through Signal Records, he shared, “Flava is about living large, chasing that paper and staying true to yourself. When I hit the studio for this one, I wanted to capture that vibe of ambition and confidence, and I think we nailed it. Flava is like an anthem for anyone hustling and grinding to make it big.“. A Music Video in support of the single is in its final stages. Look out for more from Fada Dipo.

The new video for “Tested, Approved, & Trusted” brings the party to you as we see many making their way to attend Burna Boy’s “Big 7” event. The visual brings a mix of beauty, fashion, music, dance, and a joyous time, and we know you’ll love every second. “Tested, Approved, & Trusted” is one of the popular songs off the “I Told Them” album, and Burna is still in his element. Formerly known as Solyd Roy, he has tapped into Dancehall, Reggae, Afrobeats, Pop, and Hip Hop sounds to create music that you need to hear. He has found some success in the 2020s, and he has a lot more to do. With his name being a part of the Tuff Gong roster, the world will have no choice but to get familiar. To get you started, we have created a Short Film where you can get familiar with King Cruff. King Cruff returns with new tings! After stepping out with “FallBack” recently with Runkus, he has been busy doing promotional runs, taking over stages, and building his brand. We chopped it up with him recently (now available here), and he shared that it’s “Cruff SZN“, and we’ll be getting plenty content throughout the year. Today’s a new day in “Cruff SZN”, and the new track is called, “LINGO“.

Produced by Aditya Eswar and featuring Nigerian-Canadian Artist Solo YT, King Cruff is aiming for the ladies with “LINGO”. Everybody needs somebody, but they have to come correct because there won’t be any begging for time, tolerance for bad energy, and no time to be treated like an option. In other words, we have to speak to same language, so let’s talk in our lingo. King Cruff delivers his message in a great way over Afrobeats-inspired production, and Solo YT steps in with a style that greatly compliments the track. Expect “LINGO” to find its way into plenty speakers in the coming days, and may just be an early contender for a Summer 2024 hit. Another Tuff Gong Collective release! South African Recording Artist Tyla is on a roll. She has been making waves with her 2023 single “Water“, and since then, the anticipation for an album has been high. She finally gets things popping with the release of her self-titled debut album, and we can expect the music to do even more damage on and offline in the coming months. For one of the album’s tracks “Jump“, she called up a friend from the Caribbean for some extra vibes.

Produced by Sammy Soso, Tyla recruited Dancehall Artist Skillibeng, and Atlanta Rapper Gunna for her “Jump” track. With its blend of Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Hip Hop, we get a track that will make some noise in the party, and become a mainstay on many Playlists. From Jersey to Ibiza, Tyla’s vocals pair well with Skilli’s deejaying and Gunna’s rapping, and may be one of the more popular tracks off the album. Skillibeng has been busy with the International features over the past few months, and even got an Adult Film star to cosign him for his latest release, while Gunna has been showing up on a few International singles himself, as he’s on a comeback journey. Tyla’s self-titled album is out now.

Ess The Legend has been on the scene for a number of years, and she possesses great vocals and songwriting abilities, and her energy has resulted in a sizable fanbase, with the potential for her to be a global entity.
