Today on Noisey Jamaica Dancehall Show, Dancehall’s Fashion is being showcased. In this episode Codine Williams scouts various clubs and describes the various hairstyles, makeup and clothing trends of the females in the Dancehall. To kick things off today is a new music video from Vybz Kartel. Titled “Convertible“, we see Vybz Kartel’s stunt double entering a certain location only to see girls come out of nowhere to dance on him. Nothing much to say here apart it’s mainly girls dancing at various part including a Vybz Kartel mural. No features from members of the Portmore Empire, just a few sexy girls, a Benz and Vybz Kartel’s stunt double in a prison uniform. The song is hot however. NEW VIDEO: @NoiseyMusic Jamaica Dancehall Show: Episode 4: @SpiceOfficial x @TifaMusic

Noisey Jamaica today venutred into the female side of Dancehall Music. Here Codine Williams interviewed popular deejays Spice and Tifa before their rehearsals for Reggae Sumfest. Here Tifa spoke about feuds in Dancehall music, getting a break in the industry as a female artist, and backlash from fellow artists and fans. Spice spoke about her upbringing, her biggest hit “Ramping Shop” with Vybz Kartel, showing support for Vybz Kartel, being compared to Lil Kim with her raunchy lyrics, and Jamaicans being creative with slangs and dances. We also see Spice dancing with her backup dancers and how she interacts with them. I like that their music was featured in these interviews, just wished it was longer. The Gully God Mavado made his way to the Onstage set to have a chat with host Winford Williams. He also brought Canadian based singer Karian Sang along for the Interview. Here Karian spoke on her start in her career, her achievements, being from Kingston Jamaica, how she met Mavado, her future projects and many other issues. Mavado spoke to Winford about his life in the United States, handling family life, his projects locally and Internationally, his Issues with mentor Bounty Killa, and he also performed his current singles with Karian Sang.
