Who is Deewaan? Many would admit they’ve never heard of him before in the Reggae/Dancehall circuit but somehow he has managed to perform at Reggae Sumfest with the legendary Bounty Killa and was behind a few Jamaican projects. On Onstage tonight, Winford Williams had a quick chat with the International recording artist and producer. In the video Deewaan spoke about his beginnings, his involvement in a few Jamaican projects including the Team Jamaica anthem, his love for Reggae/Dancehall music, working with top acts including Lady Gaga and Bounty Killa with the latter resulting in a song called “Running It Wild“, his first onstage performance ever, and his future projects. Very interesting interview and it shows that Reggae/Dancehall music is a global genre and is very influential. Looking forward to more from Deewaan. NEW VIDEO: @TheRealEVE x @FluffyMissKitty – EVE

Well that was quick. After leaking the single just a few days ago, Eve premiered the visual treatment to her single “Eve“. Shot in her current residence of London, we see Eve strolling through the streets and dropping her raps to make it clear she’s coming back for her title. While the single features Jamaican Media Personality Miss Kitty, she wasn’t available for the shoot and we can see Eve lip-syncing a bit of Kitty’s part. Very clean video although I expected more than her just strolling through the streets and rapping and I am upset that I had to search really hard to find a video available for Jamaicans to view it. How can you have a song that features a Jamaican but block Jamaicans from seeing it? What you think? Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Featuring 15 tracks, production from SOS Dynamikz and features including BruceyWill, Hard Dayz, Cill Awesumore, Dinho and many more this promises to be a good listen. NEW MUSIC: @Ashleigh_Ashley – Kink Tank (Prod. By @TalkToSOUL)

Today’s new music comes by the way of London, England and the singer is Ashleigh Ashley. Titled “Kink Tank” and produced by Canadian producer SOUL, Ash sings about sharing chemistry (and then some) with her love interest and giving kinky commands as well.
