First off, Black Lives Still Matter, and the fight for equal rights and justice will continue as long as life allows it. With many Black people facing oppression and injustice at the hands of racists, the BLM protests and rallies have increased in numbers worldwide. Using their platforms, Recording Artists Chase Soundz, Daley HTG, and Terall continue to speak out and spread awareness on, “Can I Live”.

Produced by D’Artizt, the trio share not only their experiences as Black Men, but continue to shed light on racial profiling and oppression, highlight those who have lost their lives, and add support for those fighting for the causes. With Daley and Terall based in Florida, and Chase in Texas, we know that racial tension can be very strong in those regions, but there will come a time where that is no more. While many protest rally through other means, these artist join with powerful voices and lyrics.

Earlier today, Jamaican Recording Artist/Creative LatyKim a.k.a. “Lois Lane” surprised us with a brand new freestyle! Borrowing the “Chun Li” beat by Nicki Minaj, Laty went in, and made sure let us know that you’re gonna feel her bars! Whether she’s taking the stage or handling things behind the scenes, LatyKim is a person who believes in talent, and looks to uplift many like herself in Jamaica, and the rest of the world. With her latest single, “Gi State” out, she is not looking to fall back for anyone or anything, and it’s her time to shine!

Never stopped waving the flag for Jamaican Hip Hop, Rapper Five Steez has been putting in the necessary work to make the “First Coast” an official thing. With a decade plus in the biz, he has showcased his sound that has stayed true to the Hip Hop roots, and commands a presence that’s respected worldwide. With plenty projects to his name, one of them stood out for a time, and that was 2016’s “HeatRockz” with Producer Mordecai. In 2020, the duo follow it up with “HeatRockz 2.0“!

With 4 tracks loaded plus a bonus track that’s available with the EP’s purchase, Five Steez continues to display his passion for the art, and dabbles in a style that pays respect to the OGs, while still being modern. Mordecai on the other hand, shows growth in his production from the last project, and still gives Steez and listeners some head bopping sounds. If you’re a follower of Five Steez, you know he has a lot more in store before the end of the year. Montego Bay Recording Artist MoulaUE a.k.a. Moula Di Don makes a return to music after a brief hiatus. Known for hard hitting lyrics and a commanding presence, he had made his name as one of the best from the west. Today, he unleashes a “Riot“!

Featuring fellow Montegoians Rajah Khona’i and Chavez IllmatiQ, the “sleeping giant” that is MoulaUE starts off like a car bomb, while his collaborators follow up like tear gas on the unexpected. With their flows and lyrics combined, it’s definitely gonna make a scene. With a bar like “…Only house nigga in the field kicking crazy lyrics…“, you’re in for some music that you’re gonna rewind often to catch the bar. A celebration of bars, Jamaican Hip Hop, and black music, this might be the year we hear even more from MoulaUE.

Recording Artist JKinggz knows where he’s going in life, but is wise enough to know that he can’t do without God spearheading the way. With a successful 2019 behind him, and an International collaboration kicked off his 2020, he looks to take a more spiritual route with his next release titled, “Church”.

Featuring production by Filthy Plux, JKinggz gives praises to The Most High, asks for forgiveness for his sins, and shares that he has no shame in worshipping the Lord. While his message is one that many have shared before, JKinggz makes an unconventional move here by presenting his lyrics through rapping over a Trap beat. While modern Gospel Music has Pop, Reggae, Rock, and Hip Hop sub genres and influences, JKinggz shared that the delivery of “Church” is no different from the traditional ways as the message is still there. He makes a point that regardless of the style, if it brings in more believers to God, it should be welcomed. With the world facing the Covid 19 pandemic, JKinggz’s song should help listeners seek refuge and comfort in God, and become more spiritual. JKinggz looks forward to “Church” being a repeater on many playlists and platforms when it’s released through his JKM Ent. label on all digital streaming platforms.

In addition to the new Gospel influenced single, JKinggz looks to release a follow up to his 2019 “No Co Sign” project. “No Co Sign” found him wearing many hats from its inception, to production, to release, and he looks do it again this time around.
