It’s a collab between the Gentleman and Mr. Lova Lova! Shaggy and Neyo bring to you their video for the single “You Girl“. The video revolves around a couple travelling, enjoying each other’s company, and topping off the night dancing at Shaggy and Neyo’s concert. The artists can also be seen rehearsing in parts of the video for their concert and making smooth moves with the ladies. Today’s video comes in the form of an Interview with Shaggy from the Breakfast Club on NY’s Power 105.1. Here he spoke about some aspects of Jamaica and misconceptions, his start in the music industry, his new album “Out Of Many One Music“, his style of music and many other topics. Interesting Interview from Shaggy although sometimes I was weirded out by the “twang” and the generic questions. That was a crazy story with him and the late James Brown. OLDIES SUNDAY: Folkes Brothers – Oh Carolina (1960)

In recognition of Shaggy’s 20 year anniversary of his “Oh Carolina” hit, I thought I might give you all the original version. Today’s Oldies Sunday selection comes from The Folkes Brothers, the original artists behind the “Oh Carolina” single. The Folkes Brothers comprised of John, Mico, and Junior Folkes. Produced and released by Prince Buster in 1960, this is a love song where the artists are here urging Carolina to come back into the lead singer’s life after having bouts of sadness and loneliness.

It’s finally here! After driving fans crazy with the single, Lady Saw finally released the visuals for her hit song “Heels On“. Directed by Scorpio 21 and featuring Shaggy as her love interest, Saw is sure telling and showing us and “Mr. Lover Lover” how she can make love with her heels on.
