The Sons Of Liberty are coming to your neighborhood, no need for your Neighborhood WatchDogs. Today’s new video comes from the collective of King Biggs, haYze, The Therapist, Tristan, The Rush and 5 Star. Titled “Tribes of Hip Hop” and directed by Yannick Reid for Aeon Pro Studios, Randy Richards and Matthew McCarthy, we see them leading a mob through a neighborhood all while dropping bars over a hard hitting production made by King Biggs. You may also see a few familiar faces in the crowd. Who got the Jazz? I need a SOL shirt! NEW VIDEO: @MarcusBird Presents: A Look At YardCore (Jamaican Hip Hop)

Today’s entry comes from Filmmaker Marcus Bird as looks into the life of Jamaican Hip Hop a.k.a. “YardCore“. Recording footage from the Yardcore Cypher event that was held on sunday January 13 in Kingston Jamaica, Bird highlights some of the best in the business dropping lyrics bombs. Artists included Five Steez, TSD, Nomad Carlos and TMO. For those who missed out on the event this video highlights some of the energy that was given there.
