NEW MUSIC: @RealIOctane – Rich Rich Rich

IO

We all wish we can escape the grips of poverty. Today, I Octane sends a little uplift with his new single, “Rich Rich Rich“. Produced by Tru Ambassador Music, we hear Octane recalling his upbringing and seeing his mother struggle to make ends meet and encourages us all to get rich and change our lives. A great effort here as we all try to make it, whether we’re bloggers, entertainers, or graduates going through the 9 to 5 life. NEW VIDEO: @OnstageTV Interviews @Jah9

Jah9

Regarded as one of the leading ladies of the Neo Roots Reggae Movement and the Reggae Revival, Jah 9 has quite a following and has been receiving much success over the years. For the first time she joins Winford Williams on Onstage to speak on her career and more. Here she spoke on her role in the Reggae Revival movement, staying true to herself and persevering, her career so far, her upbringing, joining the Rastafarian faith, and much more. An interesting Interview, Jah 9 really showed how well read she is and I like that about many artists. She also premiered the video for “Avacado“. If you haven’t been aware of her music, now is the best time to get familiar. Check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

@OnstageTV Interviews @EscoDaShocker

Esco

Known for churning out hits of his own, Esco has done what many have tried to do for years, and that’s get Bounty Killa and Beenie Man on a song together. Tonight on Onstage, Esco spoke about that experience and making the collaboration possible, a documentary for the collaboration, his other productions, proclaiming there’s no beef with former collaborator Leftside, and future projects. Short interview but to the point, I got to give Esco and his StarStruck team their props for making this overdue effort possible. I’m definitely looking forward to the documentary and for those who haven’t heard the “Legendary” single, check it out here. NEW MUSIC: @RaineSeville – Chat Mi

RS1

What a “Bam bam” today! Keeping out of the way of naysayers and idlers is Dancehall artist Raine Seville with “Chat Mi“. The single, produced by JJ Wizzle (SunCity 104.9FM), samples the popular “Bam Bam Riddim” made famous by Chaka Demus & Pliers and other artists. On the track we hear Raine getting at those who keep her name in their mouths and speak ill of her and lets them know that she’s too humble, too sexy, and too busy to let them damage her career. She also encourages ladies out there to follow her footsteps in never letting people get them down. A great effort here as Raine did her thing on the Riddim and this could be an anthem for many out there. Look out for more of her music coming soon and follow her on Twitter/IG at @RaineSeville! Check out the track below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
