Love the skin you’re in! In today’s installment in the “NewMusicTuesday“, Dreggae teams up with singer Santrella Renee. Titled “Black Is Beauty” and produced by Rvssian, we hear Dreggae telling a story of a young lady who was told to alter her skin so that she can advance in life while Santrella sings that we should never be ashamed of being black and black is definitely beautiful. After burning up the airwaves with the original, it was only right that A$AP Ferg requested a verse from Shabba Ranks to make the remix. “Shabba Ranks (Remix)” also features Busta Rhymes and Migos, who had a hit with “Versace“. This was a decent effort as many haven’t heard a Shabba verse in years and Busta Rhymes had to help represent on the microphone. The Migos feature was an odd one though. A$AP Ferg’s “Trap Lord” album is still in stores. Is this remix a sign of new things to come from Shabba? Maybe. Check out the song below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Just hold on, you’re going home! After teasing it on his Instagram, Trabass finally released his remix to Drake’s “Hold On We’re Going Home“. Titled “Sidechick You’re Going Home“, Trabass lets his girl on the side know that it’s time to pack up and leave. Not a bad effort from Trabass, DJs could mix this with the original song and could have the same effect on patrons. It’s only entertainment, listen and laugh! As a teaser for his upcoming “Tru Colors” EP, Wayne Marshall recruited Cham, Waka Flocka and Ace Hood for his “Go Harder” single. Considered a remix of sorts that featured Bounty Killa, Vybz Kartel, Damian Marley and others on the original, we hear Wayne going harder against his overseas peers and Cham on this Damian Marley production. Everyone did their thing but Waka had to start with the generic “dutty wine” lyrics. I personally prefer the original but what do you think of this track?
