I know many of our readers are familiar with Recording Artist Gyptian, but do you remember his hit, “Hold Yuh“? That song was everywhere, and with Nicki Minaj hopping on it for a remix, it became a song that has lived on many DJ sets worldwide. Today, we found out that Puerto Rican Recording Artist Rauw Alejandro sampled the track on his Farruko featured, “Fantasías“. Produced by Urba and Rome and released through Duars Entertainment, Rauw borrowed the chorus’ cadence from Gyptian’s hit and switched up the lyrics for his latest banger. With Farruko adding his flair on the track, expect this one to do some numbers! Can we get Gyptian remixing this track in Spanish too?

Until then, Acmatic Frontman King Lopo keeps the name alive with a track titled, “Straight To It“! Sharing production with Producer/Recording Artist Sawandi, we get a blend of Funk, Electronic Music, Dancehall, Hip Hop, and all around good vibes as Lopo keeps the rhymes flowing like the White Rum he so loves. Whether you’re starting your morning off, or searching for a party to crash in the night, “Straight To It” will keep you pumped up and ready for anything! Good to see Lopo back in the booth. New Acmatic on the way!
