NEW VIDEO: @SoulOnlineNet x JaneDoeSmith – Wet (Remix)

JDS

Popping Champagne, smoking Hookah, and partying the night away are the themes in this music video from Canada based producer SOUL a.k.a. DJ BLKLUOS and Rapper Jane Doe Smith. Titled “Wet (Remix)” and directed by Zac Facts, we see scenes of women enjoying liquor, smoking Hookah and Marijuana. We also see a lighted candle dripping wax, a glass being filled with water and honey which probably plays into the title of the song. The track is instrumental based where Jane Doe Smith handles the chorus and chants “Make Me Wet“. Great production, cool visual because let’s be honest, who doesn’t like seeing hot girls enjoying themselves? Off DJ BLKLUOS’Stranko” project, check out the video below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Here they speak on being a rebel against the system, having their own thoughts and standing out in everything. They also pay respect to famous rebels who fought for the rights of people. A good effort here, given the right push this could be a hit for them all. What do you think? Check out the song below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW MUSIC: @DylanGolden305 x Kamau – If I Told You (Prod. By @MrKars2)

artworks-000079129322-v10902-t500x500It’s never too late to show appreciation to your Mother for all she has done and today Rapper Dylan Golden does just that. Titled “If I Told You” which features Singer Kamau and produced by Jamaican producer Kris Kars, Dylan makes a dedication to his Mother, speaks on growing up with her, how she has been there for him even when he messed up and how he wants to give back for all she has done. A good effort here from Dylan, great production from Kris and I like that chorus that Kamau provided. This deserves to be played to your Mom anytime so keep this track handy. Show Mom that love! NEW MUSIC: @SpiceOfficial x @BustaRhymes – So Mi Like It (Remix)

spice-Ft-Busta-Rhymes-So-Mi-Like-It-RemixAfter hitting the airwaves with a single and video, Spice reloaded and recruited Rapper Busta Rhymes for “So Mi Like It“. With production from NotNice Records, The “Princess Of Dancehall” and the “Dragon” dropped some sexually charged lyrics to an already spicy track. Interesting to hear Spice rapping on the remix as well, this can’t be the only song they’ve done together. What do you think? Check out the track below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

With Reggae music being a huge influence the world over, it’s no surprise when artists outside of Jamaica taking a crack at it. Two artists that have done so are singer/actor Eddie Murphy and rapper Snoop Dogg/Lion. Titled “Red Light” and directed by John Mazyck, we see Eddie, Snoop and the 1500 or Nothing band jamming to the song along with seeing a young girl walking in her neighbourhood to purchase ice cream while witnessing a few things gone bad which include police arresting a boy and a woman selling her body. Singing is nothing new to the actor as he has released a couple albums and collaborated with the late Rick James and Michael Jackson. Eddie’s album “9” will be released soon. What do you think?
