Tonight she had a chat with Winford Williams about her career and more. Here she spoke about her lengthy career and paying respect to those before her, her feuds in Dancehall, creating history as she’s the first female Deejay to close Dancehall Night at this year’s Reggae Sumfest and her history with the event, requesting an all female Reggae Sumfest lineup, her single “Summer Love” and her new love, new projects, tours and more. Teejay has been the subject of many Dancehall circles lately, and with his debut performance at Reggae Sumfest approaching, expect his name to get even hotter. From Rags to Riches, Gully Bop can be heard and seen worldwide since his career has taken off. Unfortunately with fame comes controversy so tonight Bop joined the Onstage set to speak on his experiences. Here he spoke on his trip to the UK and his adventures there, receiving great fanfare, addressing the controversies, performing sold out shows in the Caribbean, his collaboration with Stylo G, being a target for scammers, working on new music, upcoming tours and a possible appearance at Reggae Sumfest. Gully Bop also performed a few songs for the audience. Bop is always an entertaining character when it comes to Interviews. We look forward to the “Baby Bop” and of course his upcoming performances. He spoke about his recent performances at Reggae Sumfest and Dream Weekend, exercising and developing his career, his work on Kanye West’s “Yeezus” album and how it came about, his new project and going back to the fundamentals of Dancehall, not following certain trends, remaining true to himself and more. He also premiered the music video for “Settle and Cease“. Sasco has been one of the artists whose career I’ve respected over the years and to me he can do no wrong.
