Titled “Play Some Roots” and produced by Silly Walks Discotheque on the Ram Jam Riddim, the Dread and Terrible artist gives us the type of music that’ll get you off your feet and starting skanking. Wonderful production here from Silly Walks as this is a part of a Riddim compilation that features Shaggy, L.U.S.T., Dalton Harris and many more. What do you think of this new Chronixx? ProdiNeverLeave

Recently, Prodigal Son a.k.a. Prodi teased fans with his “April” campaign on his social media profiles. One of the first releases comes in the form of his “Never Leave” music video. Directed by Rayon Smith, Prodi is shown to be on a survival journey where he travels through forests, hunts for his meal in the sea, and giving praises to God as he states has not left his side. The single is off Prodi’s “Perfectly Imperfect From Kingston City” album that will be launched on April 24 at the Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Cross Roads, Kingston. NEW MUSIC: @TPain x @KardinalO – Dis A My Ting (RAW)

TPain

Inspired by Dancehall music is T Pain’s latest single. Titled “Dis A My Ting“, this features Kardinal Offishall and an unnamed young lady on the chorus. Together they drop a little Dancehall and some Jamaican inflections in this bass heavy Hip Hop track. Interesting single from T-Pain but something you can play at ignorant levels. Off his upcoming “The Iron Way” mixtape which features DJ Drama and DJ Trendsetter, check out the track below and share your thoughts in the comments section.
