Montego Bay based deejay Rickey Teetz has been gaining a reasonable amount of buzz with his “1000 Blocks” single, now he releases the music video. Directed by Michael Burbridge Films, Rickey takes us back to his early days when he had to work and help support his family with plans to build a house and then bringing us to present day with him overlooking his house being constructed. She’s taking it to the ring with this one. Today’s music video comes from Tifa and she looks like she wants her competition down on the canvas in under 30 seconds. Titled “Champion Bubbler” and directed by MixPak, Tifa deejays about her being the Champion with the dance moves that will drive men crazy and leaving women envious. OLDIES SUNDAY: @PeterTosh – Glass House (1983)

Today’s Oldies Sunday selection comes from the late great Winston Hubert McIntosh otherwise known as Peter Tosh. Peter Tosh was a former member of the Bob Marley lead band The Wailers who left later down to pursue a solo career and was successful. “Glass House” was one of Peter Tosh’s many hits. “Glass House” was released in 1983 and produced by Peter Tosh for his Intel-Diplo HIM (Intelligent Diplomat for His Imperial Majesty) label. His song was also featured on his 6th studio album, “Mama Africa” which was released the same year. He sings about people who aim to belittle others while they themselves aren’t doing well with their own lives. In the song he chants the very popular proverb, “If you live in a glass house, don’t throw stones“.

Directed by G Dot Solo from Canada and shot in Grange Hill Westmoreland, J Yungg deejays that despite his sinning, he’s trying to do better and win at the same time. Very clean video and features cameos from Krish Genius, DJ Absolute of Linkz 96 FM, and Anita Baker of Elite Models (Angel). Love TraBass TV but always heard a certain song at the end of his recent videos? Well that is Andrew TraBass and Lincoln3Dot’s remix of Asap Rocky’s “F*cking Problems” song with Kendrick Lamar, Drake and 2Chainz. In this song “I love Fat Girls (I Love Fat Bitches)“, they changed the lyrics and deejayed about fat girls. Pretty hilarious song and is worthy of the download. Music video coming soon.
