Yesterday on Hot 97, Mr. Vegas made a guest appearance. Not a stranger to the radio station, he spoke to Cipha Sounds and Old Man Ebro about his origins including his stage names, his well publicized relationship woe and not seeing his daughter, his thoughts on Vybz Kartel’s trial and the guilty verdict, Buju Banton being in jail, trying to avoid getting in trouble, showing respect to Bounty Killa, his recording process, and highlighting that Jamaica has a lot of talent. Not a bad interview here, what I commend him for is despite having a feud with Bounty Killa, he shows him respect here and not throw him under a bus.
