If you haven’t been noticing, Comedian/Director Kyng Taj has been dropping videos with a message. Today, in effort to bring more unity in the Dancehall, he presents “Mexicano Inna Di Dancehall“. Featuring Andrew Maragh as “The Mexicano“, Taj plays a Rasta man enjoying the good vibrations and selections from the DJ played by Corey Williams. From a fight almost breaking out due to differences in Culture (and flashing locks), to both characters busting out dance moves, this video will add a few bright sparks to your day (or whenever you’re watching it). Actor Johnoy Williams Signs To Ellis International!

Jamaican Actor Johnoy Williams is reaping the rewards for his hard work and dedication. The young Actor is pleased to announce that he has been officially signed to Ellis International, spearheaded by Owen “Blakka” Ellis. Williams has been working under the tutelage of comedian duo Ity and Fancy Cat for some time now and is ecstatic that he has sealed the deal to officially become a member of this elite group.

“Words can barely express my contentment at this moment! Trust me, I’ve have been working at my career for years as an actor and for now to be represented by Ellis International, is a dream come true.” Said a very excited Johnoy. The 25 year old knows that even though this is a big deal and has come a long way, he still has a lot more things to accomplish. “I know I have come a very long way from my Get Tested Commercial to, being in Nick Cannon’s “King of the Dancehall movie but I still have a long road ahead of me.” With that said, the Actor looks forward to a few upcoming works both on the local scene and on the International scene.

The Actor also wants to encourage everyone out there with a dream to be in film to never give up their dreams. “Even though there is room for growth in our Jamaican film industry, I believe that we can make this industry strive to its maximum potential. We have so many talented individuals out there; Actors, Writers, Filmmakers, just don’t give up on the dream.

With Tanto Metro & Devonte being the Influence behind this hit, Toronto Artist Tory Lanez gave fans a visual for the single, “LUV“. Featuring beautiful women, an old school ride, and some very clean shots/scenes, Tory’s Dancehall-tinged single is now more infectious than his previous hit, “Say It“. With the population in Canada being a melting pot of many cultures and nationalities, it’s no surprise when established and up and coming acts add the Caribbean Influence to their music.
