With a blend of Pop, EDM, and Bhangra influences, Vindon brings his Hip Hop and Dancehall styles for a rather enjoyable track. With just hours before his birthday, he decided to unleash his first offering of 2019 titled, “Jan. 26th“. To hear him tell it, Daley stated that this new year will find him approaching things and people differently. In his music, he also stated that he’ll be sharing more, trying out different styles, and staying sharper with every song. Repping USVI, Recording Artist Verse Simmonds has been keeping busy in his career, as well enhancing the careers of others. 2019 however, will find him in his “Rudeboy” element as he plans to flood the street with a lot of music. Today, “Gunstown” is one of the first few entries. Produced by Melvin Hough II and Rivelino Raoul Wouter a.k.a. “Mel and Mus“, Verse lets off a few rounds over some Reggae sampled production and lets listeners know what happens in USVI. Smoke some herbs to this one and let the lyrics paint a picture while the production will find you skanking a lil. Put down your Rollies and Apple Watches, it’s all about the iced out Patek Philippe today. While he has been making some noise in 2018, the Vincy/Brooklyn Recording Artist J Kinggz starts off 2019 with the new video for his buzzing single, “Patek“! Directed by Director EAD/Ingenious Genies, we find the cops keeping tabs on the Artist as he goes about his day reading the papers, staying fresh in designer fits, and getting money. Eventually they make the bold move of invading his space, but end up being on the receiving end of J Kinggz’s sharing of the wealth. The single was released on January 6, 2018, and was featured on Kinggz’s “30 Days EP (The Life Changing Project)” which was released last November. Tell your Jeweler to put the AP down, get yourself a bust down Patek and stay shining on the haters. Be on the look out for more releases this year, including his recent collaboration with Dancehall Artist Flexxx on “Stack This Money” (Prod. by HIRATA).
