Fresh off his first performance at the 2014 Rebel Salute event, Bounty Killa stopped by the Onstage set to chat with Winford Williams. Here he spoke about his performance, reasons for not attending Sting 2013 and his review of it, celebrating over 20 years in his career, his thoughts on some of the recent activities in Dancehall Music including the new Demarco “Ride” video and his displeasure for it, Vybz Kartel, Mavado, his legendary status and much more. Today’s new video comes from the Gully God Mavado and Nicki Minaj. Titled “Give It All To Me” and directed by Grizz Lee, it’s one big party filled with dancers, liqour bottles, and Mavado stealing someone’s girl in the end. It was cool seeing Nicki and Vado waving their Caribbean flags and Keiva making an appearance. While i’m glad Mavado is getting some well needed looks, I just felt this music video could be better. NEW MUSIC: @Mavado_Gully – Soldiers (R.I.P. Roach)

In memory of Producer Patrick “Roach” Samuels’ passing, the Gully God Mavado released a tribute song. Titled “Soldiers” and produced by JA Productions, we hear Mavado paying homage to not only Roach, but to all fallen soldiers over a beautiful production. Patrick Samuels was gunned down on September 15 in Kingston. Patrick Samuels was known for his many productions including Mavado’s “Caribbean Girls” and Vybz Kartel’s “Emergency” and was also Kartel’s Road Manager. He will surely be missed by friends, family and the Dancehall fraternity. Check out the song below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Featuring popular songs from Tommy Lee (Mechanic), Konshens (Gal A Bubble), Aidonia (Fi Di Jockey), Vybz Kartel (Freaky Gal Pt. 2), and Mavado (Come Round), this sounds like a real fun remix made special for the ladies out there. While the problem I had was the instrumental’s volume overriding some parts of the song, those are familiar with the songs shouldn’t have much of a problem.
