With a special dedication to moms on Mother’s Day is Reggae artist I-Octane with a new video. Titled “Mama” and directed by Bling Blang Productions, I Octane along with the help of musicians and a dancer bring forth the message dedicated to all the loving and hardworking mothers out there and tell them that their glory is on the way. NEW MUSIC: @MarcyChinaDoll x @TimberleeMusic – No Means No

There comes a time when a “No” really means “No!” and today Marcy Chin and Timberlee emphasize on this in their new song. Titled “No Means No (Anti-Rape Song)” and produced by Ward 21 on the Patty Crumbz Riddim, we hear the ladies speak on men going too far with them, what they’ll do If a man attempts to rape them, and enforcing their right to refuse any advances. Not a bad effort here, lots of times many men (and in some cases, females) feel that everyone wants them and when they’re refused they go to the extreme and violate someone. No to rape and do whatever to defend yourself from that situation. No means no! Check out the track below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

NEW MUSIC: @DaxLion – Jah Children
In recognition of Child’s Month, Dax Lion has released a single for them. Titled “Jah Children” and produced by Makonnen Blake Hanna (@MonopolyKing), we hear Dax encouraging children to be better people, walk the right paths, stay far from the devil’s work, and continue smiling. Positive lyrics here from Dax Lion and I like the accompanying production. Remember to read a chapter a day, Jah children! The single is currently available on iTunes. NEW VIDEO: @MeNameKAT – Gold (Lyric Video)
Dropping the lyric video for her first track off her debut EP, “Gold” is Kat C.H.R. Titled “Gold” and directed by Andrew Grey, listeners are treated to performance videos, random videos with Kat, and of course the lyrics to her song. Good effort here as “Gold” has been a popular song and If a real music video is being made I’m sure it will be pleasing just as the lyrics video. Kat’s “Gold” EP is on iTunes now! NEW MUSIC: @LadySawOffical – Pretty Fingers
It’s all about the fingers, and today Lady Saw drops a new single about them. Titled “Pretty Fingers“, Saw talks about self love, expressing how her fingers know her better than anyone else, and grooming her “best friends” who never deceive her and leave her unhappy over a high energy production. Not a bad effort from the deejay, she gave viewers a heads up about this single a few weeks ago on Onstage so now it’s available for everyone to hear.
