Dropping some conscious music today is the combination of Kabaka Pyramid and I-Wayne. Titled “Versatile” and produced by Rokwon Productions on the Rokwon Drop Riddim, we hear the artists speak on the evil that many do, promoting righteousness, fighting the corrupt, going against artists who promote the wrong things, Tessanne Chin and her getting recognition, and advising the youths to be versatile as to avoid falling into the traps of Babylon and Rome. A great effort here as I’ve been anticipating a collaboration between the two. It could a long shot but I’d love to hear a EP from the two or at least more tracks from them this year.
