Badd Indyan Showcases Lyrical Side On “Destroy 80”

Recording Artiste Badd Indyann exercises his lyrical potency with his new viral video for the single ‘Destroy 80’. The ‘Game Head’ artiste speaks to his love for music and him being the ‘New Era Lyricist’. The song produced by Garrison Inc Production quotes Indyann singing: “Lyrically me savvy with a creative energy; it’s like a bond with di music but it’s more than chemistry; stratospherical connections with d stars and galaxy”.

The single has been receiving a lot of online support and mixed commentary. Badd Indyann said “I did a song called Game Head that has been doing well underground and this opened my eyes to a new fan base but Destroy 80 is a more hardcore Dancehall single”. Badd Indyann added that he is ready to start promoting in the streets of Jamaica where he is made aware his music is being supported.

Another most recent successful single for Badd Indyann is entitled ‘Game Head’ on the ‘Press Gas Riddim’ produced by Eldoh Rado Production based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. With over 200,000 views the video for the single was shot by OCM Productions which features the Artiste in bed with a female model playing video games and getting intimate. Badd Indyann is now back on the promotional trail to promote ‘Destroy 80’ and soon after his follow-up single ‘World Travel’ produced by Ehvenz Production. He said “Based on the success of ‘Game Head’, I am eager to get back to work to make Destroy 80 a success”. RR Changes Name To @RREOfficial After Gaining International Attention

Recording Artiste Renee Reid popularly known as RR has now changed her name to ‘Rre’ (pronounced Ree). The Rev Out Di RR Singer is signed to John John Music Group and has garnered the interest of an oversees label. Shelly-Ann Curran of John John Music Group said “This change is long overdue but it is a part of a re-branding initiative for Rre”.

Rre recently released her collaboration with Devin Di Dakta known as Rev Out Di RR produced by Christopher Birch for Birchill Music on the ‘Moskato Riddim’. Rre said “I am truly excited to take my career to the next level; I have two new Dancehall tracks that I will be releasing soon titled Every Head Turn and One Girl Army so look out for those”.

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Rre was exposed to music and dance at a tender age. She has performed on several major stages and is ready to cross over with her new single Every Head Turn. The single produced by Sham of Real Records Label in the United Kingdom is on the ‘Hardcore Riddim’. Rre and her management group are now on the promotional trail and will begin media runs next week. @PopcaanMusic Selects The Hits On @OVOSound Radio Ep. 25!

Over the weekend, the “Unruly Boss” Popcaan made a guest appearance on Drake’s “OVO Sound Radio“. The nearly 3 hour long Programme also featured two sets from host Oliver El-Khatib as he mixed new music from popular and emerging Artists in Hip Hop. Popcaan’s Dancehall set however featured some of his old and new singles including “Ova Dweet“, “Unruly Prayer“, “World Cup“, “Fall In Love“, “Wicked Man Ting“, his collaborations including Aluna George’s “I’m In Control“, “Bad A Road” featuring Kiprich and Jah Son, the remix to Drake’s “Controlla“, Dosa Medicine’s “Badman“, and of course the now infamous “One Dance” Dubplate used at the recently held Red Bull Culture Clash. Listeners who were not fully familiar with Popcaan were treated to a crash course of sorts while fans raved as they heard their favourite Artist’s songs on the very popular show. When Five Steez gives you bar for bar, the crowd screams for an encore! Funny enough the title of Five Steez’s latest single is called “Encore“. Off his upcoming “HeatRockz” project, the Mordecai Beats produced joint has Steez floating and throwing bars left and right. Steez is pictured in one of those underground Hip Hop clubs delivering hot lines to hoodie wearing patrons and afro chicks who rock combat boots. Whether you see Five Steez in the underground scene or in the Arena, this track is a headbanger! “HeatRockz” will be available on August 30 and brings along 5 tracks all produced by Mordecai. “I Can’t Pretend!” Says @RealIboFire

Reggae Crooner Ibo Fire is busy promoting his new single, “I Can’t Pretend”. The single, produced by 12to12Muzik is already making rounds on major local Radio Stations. The song was first premiered a month ago by GT Taylor on Irie FM with a live in Studio Interview with the Artist. DJ Wayne from the Irie FM has also taken a liking to the song and has been giving it tremendous love. “I Can’t Pretend” has since taken over Suncity Radio Station and has been in constant rotation. JamRock Sound System and Fame FM Radio have also showed Ibo Fire immense love for the single. Ibo Fire stated, “It’s a positive song, no one in the world likes when a person is a pretender so conscious music like this will always get full attention. I am just going to continue to put out more good music and I thank everyone for the support so far.”

Ibo Fire’s Management Team recently asserted they are considering a video for the single. “Right now the people dem a cry for a video so we just have to comply. So pretty soon, look out for the video for “I Can’t Pretend”.” Ibo Fire recently performed the song at Integration Thursdays at U.W.I, and other community events where the song has become an anthem.

Other Projects

The Reggae Artist recently shot the video for “Holding On”, a song taken from the EP, “Gateway”. Scenes from Trench Town Culture Yard and Majesty Gardens were used as a backdrop to this masterpiece. He is also working on a 12 track Mixtape coming out soon and is gearing up for some shows this summer.
