NEW VIDEO: @ViceNews Presents: Jamaica’s Gully Queens

Jamaica and Homosexuals have been at odds for many years and while many have learnt to tolerate gays, there are others who just won’t have it. Today, Vice News presents a documentary focusing on the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community in the Kingston area. Titled “Jamaica’s Gully Queens“, we see members of the community using the gullies as a place of refuge, and looking out for each despite the harshness they face outside of it. We also get interviews from both sides of the fence concerning the matter. Interesting topic and while many may not like it, Vice has given the community a channel to voice their plight. NEW VIDEO: @ActionBronson x @Munchies – That’s Delicious Ep. 2

ABToday’s new video comes from the Rapper Action Bronson and Vice’s “Munchies” series. Titled “Fuck That’s Delicious!“, this is a Vlog that features Action’s culinary taste during his travels. A trained Chef prior to pursuing music, he starts off the video prepping one of his dishes for himself and friends. The video gets more interesting when he takes a trip to “Clive’s Cafe” in Miami Florida and exclaimed his love for Jerk Chicken, Curried Chicken, Oxtails, Patty and Coco Bread and Ting soft drink. He also gave praises to the Restaurant for their culinary skills. Further in the video he and his crew stopped at a BBQ Restaurant in Pennsylvania and expressed how the meal made him break out into the “Butterfly“, which was very popular in Dancehall circles. He also checked out meals in other places throughout his video and gave a tutorial in a couple of his meals. Fans of the rapper and Jamaican cooking will love this one. For those new to the series, Bronson is a character so he gets carried away with his words at times. Check it out below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Noisey Music is back with another episode of the “Noisey Jamaica Dancehall Show“. In today’s episode Noisey features Reggae star I-Octane. Here Codine Williams showcased I-Octane rehearsing for his performance at Reggae Sumfest and recording dubs at Buju Banton’s Gargamel Studios. Octane also spoke on his upbringing, his interest in music at a young age, his mission to make his music speak volumes and gain further recognition, and being a good influence. Nice Interview, I like that they featured his “We Love The Vibes” single and dropping a exclusive at the end. I wished this interview was longer though.
