In preparation of the upcoming “Ambition” mixtape, Yung Gunnerz dropped this freestyle mix to hold fans over. “YG Dancehall Mix” features 32 minutes of some of the heavy hitters in Dancehall music such as Konshens, Aidonia, Mavado, Bounty Killa, Vybz Kartel, and many others. The Bad Boy Records founder even held a short performance alongside Beenie Man, Flippa Mafia, Kiprich and others. While Sting 2012 was just a few days, the air has cleared and many questions needed answers. One of the questions involves the short fight between former Portmore Empire artist Black Ryno and current artist Popcaan. Winford Williams sat Ryno on the Onstage set to talk about the Sting incident, premiering his new song/video “Courage“, the possibility of a clash in the near future, upcoming projects and others. NEW VIDEO: @Wayne_Marshall x @GrungGaadZilla x @AgentSasco x @DamianMarley – Go Hard

This is a crazy lineup! After debuting the single a few months ago, Wayne Marshall recruited Bounty Killa, Assassin, I-Octane, Damian Marley, Aidonia and Vybz Kartel (Voice Only) for the “Go Hard” music video. Directed by Rass Kassa, this video was shot in black and white (or grayscale) with each artist deejaying their lyrics in a dark area or with a crew. This reminds me of a DJ Khaled effort, but I like it and wish there could be more like this since almost all artists had feuds with each other in the past (Wayne vs. Kartel, Bounty vs. Kartel, Aidonia vs. Kartel). 25DaysOfChristmas: @IamTheKartel x @ShebaDiDiva – Like Christmas (Day 7)

Remember this one? It’s not the typical Christmas song but we can say it’s a Ramping Shop version. Vybz Kartel and Sheba share sexual lyrics in this one and as the title suggests, it’s “Like Christmas“. The video was funny to me for this was when Vybz Kartel was really “brown” and he almost blended with the snow scene.
