Today’s new music comes from Reggae artists Chronixx and Kabaka Pyramid. Titled “Mi Alright” and produced by Chimney Records on the “Rising Sun Riddim“, we hear them talking about having no worries, giving thanks and praise to Jah, and just enjoying life. Very positive song from the artists, Chronixx’s chorus really blended well with Kabaka’s lyrics. Sounds like a hit and I’d love to hear more collabs from these two. We nuh waan no duppy round wi! Today’s new music comes from the BadaBada Gang member Timberlee. Titled “Duppy” and produced by WileTunes/BadaBada Gang on the “Dutty Fowl Riddim“, we hear Timberlee letting us know why she was off scene for a while, being loyal to her team, living her life and never letting negative people and energy trouble her or stopping her progress. She came back with a bang as she sounds like she’s ready to shake up the airwaves. Great production and this sounds like it could be a hit in a short amount of time. What do you think? Today’s new video comes from an artist that aims to take over. Singer Ayo Jay, who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and sets up shops in New York and London, wants only one thing from the ladies and it’s their number. His video titled “Your Number“which was produced by One Nation Group and features the Atlanta based “Twerk Team“. Here we see Jay making his way into a party and greeting his friends when he came across a lovely lady who caught him off guard. From there he proceeds to dance with her and makes attempts to know her. Throughout the video we see Jay singing his hit while the Twerk Team show their moves. In the end he gets her number.
