Beres Hammond Kicks Off His New Year With “Let Me Help You” Video


On August 28, Jamaican music legend Beres Hammond OJ celebrated his 69th birthday. With a career spanning over 50 years, it’s definitely a blessing for the Singer to still have life, and still giving the world great music. He celebrated his new year with the release of the Music Video for the single, “Let Me Help You“.

The Music Video for Beres Hammond’s “Let Me Help You” displays good times with friends, and a Man who shows that he can still rock the crowd 50+ years in. The video features a game of Dominoes among friends, shares a few photos of Hammond in his younger days, and highlights of Hammond’s performance at the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival last May. Good to see Beres Hammond still going strong, and we wish him many more years, and here’s to him thrilling even more when he hits the stage.

For this post, we experience the 80s night life in Jamaica in Sean Paul’s visual for the single, “Rebel Time“.

Directed by Jay Will, “Rebel Time” is a collaboration between Sean Paul and Beres Hammond that connects with the ladies, entices fans of the Lovers’ Rock vibe, and it pays respect to those who helped to pave the way for the further development of Jamaican music. The single was produced by Dutty Rock Productions/Ineffable Records, and was receiving positive feedback since its release over a month ago. The video features the two musical legends taking over a Dancehall party with a performance that has everyone dancing and having a great time. Ready for some time traveling?

A couple weeks ago, the legendary Beres Hammond gave the world nothing but that niceness with his “Love From A Distance” online concert. Serenading with the classics, he gave the audience even more when he brought Popcaan on stage to perform a new single called, “God Is Love“. While the single became available days later, today we get the visual for it.

Directed by Shane C. Brown, Rasheed Hammond, and Lauren Watkis, we see Popcaan and Beres Hammond build a vibe together with Shane C. Brown at the studio. We also get various highlights of their performance at the concert, and we witness a great pairing as Beres the elder and Poppy the young bwoy gave us a song that we will be enjoying for years to come.
