It’s been a while since we’ve featured something from Rude Jerms. He has been on the grind since we featured “Why Me” and “Pop Champagne“, and he’s ready for a takeover. Recently he teamed up with frequent collaborator ShotByDeth for the “Blessings” visual. While his subject matters speaks on the blessings he receives and the moves he’s making along the way, the video finds him chilling with the team and popping up at a couple events. Shout out IOTOSH for the production. While the Hip Hop scene is nothing new to Jamaica, the “Trap Music” era continues to influence many to bring their own sound to the world. We told you that Recording Artist Sekani is one of the Artists you should keep on your radar last month, and today’s entry is more reason to do so. In celebration of Jamaica’s 56th year of Independence, Sekani released, “876“. With production by Monte Booker, Sekani utilizes a different flow to speak on leaving Jamaica for the US, and share experiences in his life’s journey. Sometimes all we have is faith, and we have to be strong in order to move forward. Sekani is currently working on more music including the follow up to his amazing “Fragmented” project. This link up was years in the making. While many can reach out to their faves for a collab with ease, it took a while for Recording Artist Alexx A-Game to get that with Canadian star Tory Lanez. After a few tries, the two finally connected and now we have their first track called “Double“. Produced by Vern Hill, A-Game gives us his signature subject matter where he motivates through the lyrics, and adding dreams of living a life greater than ever.
