It’s a Caribbean and Harlem linkup today on this “Black Friday” with ASAP Ferg, Bunji Garlin repping Trinidad and Spice repping Jamaica. Titled “Jolly” and produced by Corey Maor, we hear the three acts bringing the street dance to the “‘Hood” with ASAP’s raps, Bunji’s Soca chants and Spice’s bad gal Dancehall lyrics. A fun effort as the hook would encourage fist pumping whether you’re a Raver, a “‘Hood fellow” with liquor in hand or a “Bad gal”. Today’s new video comes from the Gully God Mavado and Nicki Minaj. Titled “Give It All To Me” and directed by Grizz Lee, it’s one big party filled with dancers, liqour bottles, and Mavado stealing someone’s girl in the end. It was cool seeing Nicki and Vado waving their Caribbean flags and Keiva making an appearance. While i’m glad Mavado is getting some well needed looks, I just felt this music video could be better.
