Amara La Negra is on her way to being larger than life. The Recording Artist/Model/Reality Show Star recently passed through Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, and had a chat with hosts Angela Yee, DJ Envy, and Charlamagne Tha God. With a bubbling personality that has been taking over the entertainment scene, Amara discussed racial issues including the challenges she has faced growing up and throughout her career, and the similarities and differences between being black in America, and being black in Latin America. She also spoke on challenging the standards of beauty in the American and Latino entertainment industry, being on Love & Hip Hop: Miami, signing to a recording contract with BMG, her love life, and a lot more. Although she’s 3 episodes in on Love & Hip Hop, she has become the popular personality of the season, and many of us look forward to what else she has in store for her career. Rhiya Luna Gets Into An Uptempo Groove With “Again”!

Recording Artist Rhiya Luna (formerly Shie Musik), joins the list of Artists who start off the new year with music! Teaming up with Nuh Response Production, she releases the uptempo “Again“! Featuring production from Kruze of NRP, Rhiya handles a Dance/Pop fusion beat as she delivers lyrics like “Love me harder, like yuh nah see me again…“. For those who like to have some fun, and for those who’ll party the night away and make moments last, this is for you! The production was a little off in some parts, but Rhiya has managed to handle it in her own way. The single is currently available on Apple Music, and Rhiya promises to drop more music in the coming weeks as a part of her comeback campaign. Make it last forever. Check out the track below.

@OfficialWayneJ Shines As Ambassador At United Nations Conference In Germany!

Recording Artist Wayne J may have gained a buzz thanks to being one of the brightest youngest Deejays in the past few years, but he also wants to make a positive change in the world. Recently, the Youth Ambassador of the Alligator Head Foundation represented Jamaica as a member of the COP23 Jamaica Delegation at the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) Conference in Bonn, Germany. Invited through a collaboration between the United Nations and Australia’s TBA21 Academy, Wayne J served as the youngest member at the Conference which gathered over 30,000 people from all over the world to share and develop new ideas in order to meet the goals of the Paris Climate Change Agreement.

During his visit and presentation, Wayne J delivered great points and make it clear that in moving forward “Everyone should have an understanding in how to approach the changes in our Planet”. The Ambassador added the importance of Conservation, and encouraged all in attendance to create more strategies in preserving and protecting the Earth. He is set to visit the Fiji Islands and other parts of the World as a part of his duties as Ambassador in the coming weeks.

While Wayne J has released a few singles this year and made a few appearances locally, he is set to continue making his Artist side be heard in 2018 with the singles “TOM” and “Better Days”. He is also working on an EP to drop sometime later next year.

Nothing like shooting a video in Jamaica, right? Well popular Reggaeton Artist Ozuna, and the “Queen Of The BX” a.k.a. “Bardi” a.k.a. Cardi B, released the visual to their latest collaboration titled “La Modelo” (Model). Directed by Dimelo Vi, and shot in Portland (including the World famous Trident Hotel), Ozuna stays fresh on the scene and gets cozy with Cardi while she oozes sex appeal in every scene. The video also features some great shots of the area throughout, and the addition of Dancers add to the vibe of the Dancehall inspired single. Fans will be pleased to hear Cardi singing a few notes as well. Cardi has been having an amazing year filled with Billboard top spots, Grammy Noms, and a lot of buzz coming her way. Ozuna continues to soar in stardom, and is riding high off the release of his latest EP, “Odisea“. Check out the visual below.
