Even though Vybz Kartel has been out of the spotlight physically for a long time, he has proved to be one of the hardest working Dancehall artists. Tonight Creep of Chromatic Sound released an exclusive dubplate from Kartel that has never been played before. Marijuana has been illegal in Jamaica for many decades although it has been synonymous with the Rastafarian culture and Reggae music.
